The shop was organised and staff were friendly. I was disappointed that only a couple of the dresses I like online were in stock. However there was plenty of choice and the dresses were really high quality and fitted well. Maisy who helped me pick my dress was really helpful and honest. I really appreciated her help as I felt she gave me all the advice I needed to make a good decision.

I loved the choice of dresses on offer and bought my dream dress on the day. The only issue I had was the waiting time. We did go at lunch time on a Tuesday, and there were 2-3 stylists available, however we still ended up waiting over an hour and a half to try my dresses on, which did ruin the day slightly. Several brides came and left in that time as they became fed up with waiting (there was one bride who had been in the fitting room for around 2 hours, so I understand this wasn’t Wed2B’s fault). It would have been nice to have more social areas to wait, as the sofas for waiting on were dotted around rather than facing each other, so my mum and bridesmaids and I ended up standing for the entire time we were waiting so that we could talk to one another, rather than sitting separately around the room. I would recommend to a colleague as the service and dresses were amazing, but I would suggest to improve waiting time and waiting areas.

We saw two different ladies whilst in the shop, the second, Michelle, was fantastic. The First Lady didn’t do the dresses up properly, and we felt rushed to leave, being encouraged to just go to a dressmaker rather than considering other sizes and being told there wasn’t enough time to do the dress up properly. Michelle was completely different, she was more than happy to do the dress up, helped with a hoop and veil and was very reassuring. I’d recommend seeing her to anyone

I was really happy with my experience with wed2b. After going to another local shop there dresses were 100% better quality and not as expensive! Staff were really helpful & there was no hard sale. Would defo recommend this shop to other brides l.

The shop I went to was really nicely laid out, very clear and easy to shop. My only thing is that in my size there were not many dresses in the lower prices, as I'm on a budget I didn't have that much choice. But the staff were very helpful

I enjoyed my experience and think the shop and staff are lovely! The choice of dresses was good and the lady serving me was accommodating. The prices are brilliant! I would say however, the only thing that I think could have improved the service was maybe providing family/friends with drinks or a cup of tea as they’re sitting and waiting all day whilst you’re trying things on but aren’t given anything. Also the changing room area was very cold so they maybe didn’t enjoy the experience as much as they could have.

Really clean a lovely store Managed to arrive during the week and it wasn't very busy so i had the whole store pretty much to our self, managed to try on 4 dresses and pick number 3 of 4 Really enjoyed my experience at the store

Love my dress I got from wed2be but I’m not over happy with the way it all works... I was exspecting to have someone with me untill I found my dress not only to have 4 then have to que up couple hours for me to try on the next ones... happy I got my dress on the second lot of try ons or I would of gone else where because I wouldn’t be queuing again.

Lovely choice of dresses in my size (18). Lovely friendly staff. Did have to wait over an hour on a Friday afternoon to have a fitting room, but was worth the wait to find THE dress.

I enjoyed my visit to the shop and found my dress quickly. It is beautiful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the underhoops only come in large and extra large, and it's therefore costing me more money to alter as they don't stock smalls. The staff were friendly and helpful, and listened to me and my requests.

I went to Wed2Be in Bristol this weekend and was really impressed with how quick and easy it was. Although we were told the waiting times would be in excess of 45 mins (each go round) we were seen within 30 mins! I was helped by Lauren & Yasmin and they were both super. Especially Lauren as she actually went to pull a dress out for me which I hadn't chosen to try on, as she knew what would suit my body shape and style. Thank God she did as this was dress I have now bought. My dream dress!!! All staff were lovely and really helpful, so thank you all x

I had an amazing experience the only negative I would day is I was only allowed to try on 4 dresses but has chose 8 and by time I could try the others on one of the dresses I wanted had been taken. Also I had to leave the changing room after trying 4 dresses on. I feel that once you have a room you should be able to try on all the dresses you want with a maximum of a set number day 10 and anyone coming in after the changing rooms are full should be advised of the wait times. I also think there should also be a coloured token system where each bride is given 10 coloured tokens to put on their dresses and no one can try on the dress until it gets to their coloured token this would make it fair especially when you can only take in 4 at a time.

In summary, I have given a high rating because of the fabulous bridesmaid dresses and our helpful adviser, Patricia. However, I also write regretfully that the Manager’s approach towards our party and her lack of customer etiquette left a lot to be desired during our visit. We visited the store on Saturday morning with our beautiful bride and 6 of 8 bridesmaids. From the outset the lovely Patricia was so very helpful and attentive, both in and out of the changing rooms; giving much appreciated guidance and advice. Unfortunately our experience was tainted somewhat by the manager, Josie, inappropriately asserting the changing room rules in front of the customers. Her issue appeared to relate to 7 people using 2 changing rooms. Unfortunately, we felt very much like we were being accused of inappropriate conduct which was certainly not the case. This was disappointing to say the least because we loved the dresses and all the other staff were lovely and friendly. On balance and because of Patricia’s high standard of customer care and service, we will be buying 8 dresses which we are all extremely happy with. Our advice to the manager, however, is to reflect on her manner and tone, particularly in front of customers - our review would have been higher and without hesitation if we had not been treated in such an unacceptable and unnecessary way. We did not react at the time as I would have like so as not to undermine the bride’s largely positive experience. Sadly, this did not go unnoticed by the bride, however, which impacted on the excitement of the day. On a more positive note and again the reason for the sale...many thanks Patricia and the other girls - you were fabulous! The dresses are of high quality and great price - the range is styles complimented us all. Kind regards Michelle

Dress is perfect. Staff at leeds fab. Dissapointed with hull and their reluctance to help find my dress due to not being told if you dont buy it now theres no more. Eventually ordered over the phone at boulton and shipped to leeds for collection.

So I went a few Saturdays into the new year, all I can say is avoid because it is so busy and you can barely think! I went back 3 days later on a Tuesday in the morning and was served by Harriet who was absolutely fantastic, I didn’t feel rushed, I had time to try as many gowns as I wanted, luckily it wasn’t that many! I tried on veils and belts and all the day was what I had hoped of the Saturday! Harriet was kind and patient and helped me find the dress!

So I had an amazing experience with this place choosing my dress! It was actually my first ever day out trying on dresses and I had Sophie from the team with me helping along the way- she was great and friendly. You feel welcome in this shop lovely atmosphere and amazing dresses I found my dream one! Anyway I had put deposit down and came back the next day to choose my vail and accessories, I chose a vail hair piece and belt, and have returned today (a few days later) to pay for everything. Dress was payed for with no problems then I was told paying for accessories that every item had gone up in price and it was by £10-15 per each item so was quite a bit more than what I was told upon choosing. They made me aware that prices do change however within a few days is a bit of a shock and inconvenient. wasn’t happy with this as it’s unexpected and not great for people on a budget especially when you already chose the items you have fell in love with but are then expected to pay more than was written on your card of items. Other than this the store is beautiful I would just say that maybe when choosing your items you should be made aware there and then that prices may vary. :)

Went to Wed2B Chelmsford after a wedding fair on Saturday, as soon as we walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful, there was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected on a busy Saturday. I had Jess help me with my dresses she was fantastic made me feel comfortable and less anxious, they were not judgemental or pushy and felt like she really listened to my thoughts about the dress. I didn't find the one on my first visit but I would definitely go again to try on some more and hopefully find my dream dress.
