Ordered my 3 bridesmaid dresses from here, the woman at the store was lovely. Was disappointed to receive an email saying my dresses delivery date was past the date I'd signed on the form and that they'd be arriving a week before my wedding. After speaking with Hannah on the phone she sorted out my order to arrive earlier than the email stated. Hannah was so lovely and helpful, can't thank her enough!

My experience in the Carlisle store was amazing! Nikita was so patient and lovely with me! I initially went in just to look at bridesmaid dress colours and I explained that I didn’t think it was the right time to try on wedding dresses as I have a 6 month baby bump! Nikita couldn’t have been more understanding, she said I could look at some dresses and I ended up trying 4 on and found the one 😳 she was so thoughtful as to not fasted dresses up all the way as they would’ve squeezed my tummy but she held them together to see what they would look like, recommend accessories and seamstresses. Then she was so patient while my maid of honour tried every style or bridesmaid dress on 🙈 the first and only wedding dress shop I’ve been in and it was so amazing!

Quick, professional and non patronising. The team take you through options without making you feel overwhelmed. Good selection of dresses- I'm sure most people will find something they would be happy to wear on the day. You take away the same day so ideal if you need to get a dress quick. A little pushy at the end when it came to purchasing the dress encouraging the added extras. Definitely reccomend Wed2be especially if you get a little daunted by the task of selecting your dress! I went to both Newcastle and Leeds and both teams were fantastic!

Found my beautiful dress here But they can be abit naughty adding things, i did not get told I'd be paying nearly £50 for 2 box's, paying for a hanger £5 and a hair clip thats ment to go with a veil as the lady said which was over £30. Did not know I'd need a underskirt which was alot nearly £90. I wouldn't mind if i got told before going to the till as i felt i had to paid once it went through. Lovely ladies but when getting to the till and came over £800 was expecting it.

I had a really lovely experience at Wed2B Dublin,with my Mother,daughter and sister by my side.From the moment I arrived I felt at ease.I was dreading dress shopping. Ally was so professionall.She helped me and my bridesmaids find our dresses.I couldn't be more thankful.🙂

I was served by ebony at hull store. She was very nice, made me feel at ease. Although I was told at the start I could try on at least one dress of each of the 7 styles, but when another bride arrived I was told I could only try on the 4 dresses I had taken first. As a result of this I did feel rushed. But thankfully I did find my dress in them 4. I was lucky. Also a price of each item would be appreciated when trying different items on. Very cheeky charging me for the coat hanger aswell 🥴

The staff at Northampton were so so friendly and patient and gave great tips. I was fitted by Maz who was absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable, and Lena was so helpful to bring us in and explain the procedure- so efficient. I was really unsure about which dress to go with but the reactions of the staff and my family and some nearby ladies in the changing rooms absolutely sold that one and I'm so excited to get married in it! My only qualms would be that I went in thinking I would get a dress for £599, but did pay a lot on top for the accessories, and that I felt quite rushed as when it was my turn there were many bridal groups behind and just one fitting lady, so it made want to get in and out to let them in too- this was resolved quickly when two extra staff members joined :) Definitely recommend this as a bridal shop- efficient, huge selection and great friendly staff!

Wed2Be Shirley was brilliant on the day. I was so nervous to try on my dresses and I had no idea what to expect. Once we arrived I was served by Emily and she was so wonderful! She put me at ease straight away and I felt so comfortable with her. She helped so much and after I had chosen my dress she went through veils with me and even helped my bridesmaid choose her dress too! Emily was absolutely fantastic, at tentative and friendly, and a real credit to the Shirley store! The way my click and collect order was handled initially was pretty poor though - I had bought 2 dresses online during lockdown (very hesitantly). I had asked all the right questions (collection date, number of guests allowed etc) only to later receive a phone call to tell my it had to be collected by a certain date and I could have less guests with me than I had been previously told! This was very upsetting and stressful but after some back and fourth it was agreed I could collect when I wanted to with the number of guests I had previously been told would be fine. Even on the morning of the fitting the store rang me to tell me I was late, despite me just following the appointment time on my email. The Shirley store need to improve their customer service during the booking and click and collect experience. As I said, Emily was the one who really turned the whole thing around for us and I hope she is recognised for it! She has better customer service than the store manager!

I was helped by the lovely Millie , said yes to the dress very helpful in finding the right dress even though I had no clue with what I wanted, would have given 5 stars but seen as we arrived for shop opening , the toilets hadn't been cleaned since the day before bins were overflowing but other than that great experience

I bought my wedding dress from Wed2B on Saturday from their Brighton (Marina) store. I attended with my daughter in law and twin three year old grandaughters. In around 2.5 hours we were supported for me to try on dresses but also my family. Excellent service and help for me from Lauren - thank you and amazing patience for the two little ones. I would highly recommend visiting the store.

Heel goed geholpen. Ook met passen. Niets was teveel moeite. Ruime keuze, mooie jurken, belachelijk gunstige prijzen. Leuke ervaring. Uiteindelijk toch ergens anders geslaagd, maar dat doet niets af aan deze fijne bruidswinkel. Mieke, ik had even moeten bellen dat ik niet meer terugkwam, excuus, gewinkeld tot na sluitingstijd. Bedankt!

I went to wed2b Manchester on 2 consecutive days as I thought I found the one but needed to show my sister and then I ended up buying a different dress. I was helped by Claire and Hollie and they were both so kind and helpful. At first I was slightly disappointed as some of the dresses that I had fallen in love with online were unavailable but in the end I found my perfect dress and apart from the length it fits me like a glove.

I visited the Belfast store on Saturday 8th May, I was excited because I needed no appointment but due to restricted numbers inside the store we had an hour and a half wait to come back into the store (appointment would have been better in this case). When we got in we where seen by a lovely girl called Hannah I think (could be Catherine) she had only been there for a week! What a fantastic asset to the store! While I was picking some gowns out my bridesman, came over and told me he had to leave because a staff member said he couldnt be here. I was so dissapointed with this as I dont have bridesmaids. But the manager came over and helped find a solution to the problem by finding an area for him to sit and allow me to walk over and show him my gowns. Anyway! I tried the 4th gown and fell in love and walked out with my wedding dress in hand! Thank you to our assistant for all her fantastic help and making us feel comfortable after an unpleasant start! x

I visited Swindon on Friday and I did purchase 2 beautiful dresses both of which I love but need some modification. The customer service was friendly and good. I cannot fault the two ladies who helped me. However on a constructive side there are improvements needed. I am not a skinny bride (wish I was but I am not). I was already worried as wedding shops do not have a good reputation. I had searched the website and found a couple of dresses I really liked in my size. As an older bride I wanted something stunning, elegant and not big. When I got there I was told that the pictures were old so they did not have the dresses. Not a good start. All the dresses for my size were a line so I had no option but to go for that. If there is one thing you could do is to ensure you always have a good range of styles for people to try. I wanted a long dress and a short dress due to the pandemic I am really short on time so had to find something. Short dresses they had were two. Both similar. I ended up buying two long, one of which I now have to have shortened. It is great for price and if you are thin the range is great. I saw some truely stunning dresses in those areas. You do need to make sure your website shows the dresses you have especially as you were encouraging people to pay for a dress on your site. Imagine the disappointment had I done that and turned up to be told oh that was an old photo we dont have it. Not a good impression.

Bethany served me and she was great! It was only her 2nd day and we didn’t know that until the end of the appointment. She ensured to tell us how the system worked, went through all the options and made me feel really comfortable in the dressing room. In terms of accessories, I went away with what she suggested and they just set my dress of perfectly. Thank you so much for your service

Found my dream at the Glasgow store . I visited the store twice and both days there was a lengthy wait to try dresses on . Regardless of this , the girls were very friendly and and helpful... made me feel at home and fantastic at their job . Especially Eve and Gemma who helped me each day . The only thing I would say that the range of dresses for my size was limited as the dresses on the website I had chosen to try on weren’t available in store . Other than that I highly recommend going as the price and quality of the dresses is second to none.

We visited the ocean terminal branch 30/04/21. Despite the staff being very obviously busy, they were all so friendly and professional. Sarah in particular was lovely and her experience showed when she helped me to pick my dress. It was my first time dress shopping and I didn’t expect to find my dress but I fell in love. The quality and detail on the dresses is wonderful, very good value for the price! I would 100% recommend.
