“Had a fabulous day yesterday at the Chelmsford store. I’d previously purchased a dress that had been ruined by a seamstress. I went to the store and was helped by Talullah who was amazing, I had a list of dresses to try and she went over and above and found one for me that I absolutely love. Both myself and Mum we in tears. We had a brilliant ‘Randy’ moment too! Can’t than Talullah enough 😘”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, made me feel confident in all the dresses I tried on. All the dresses were lovely, my only improvement would be more variety on styles without a low cut neckline as I found most were too low for my preference.”

“I came to Wed2Be on a "fact finding" mission. I didn't know what I wanted and I didn't feel comfortable having an appointment in a bridal boutique. I liked the idea that at Wed2Be I could try on a selection of dresses without feeling under any obligation or pressure to make a purchase. The girl who served me was very helpful and didn't seem to mind me trying dress after dress and style after style. Even though I didn't intend on buying a dress that day, I did end up making a purchase when I found a dress and accessories that I really liked at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Wed2Be if you want to have a broad selection of gowns and a good price in a hassle free environment.”

“Helen was incredibly helpful, attentive and the whole experience was great, I didn’t feel rushed at all, which meant I got time to find the perfect dress that very day. I love the fact that you also get to walk away with the dress and accessories, rather than them being kept in store as most bridal shops tend to do this. The only point for improvement I’d make is that the range of bridesmaid dress styles were extremely limited and lacked that look of luxury that all the bridal gowns had. This unfortunately resulted in leaving the store without the bridesmaid dresses I’d hoped to also purchase on the day.”

“Thank you all for a wonderful service at our Wrexham branch. I was attended by Georgie, who was extremely helpful. She explained the process and picked out 4 dresses. One of which I didn't like but tried on and fell in love with. Looking forward to wearing it in September 2021. The only negative, was the extras that came with it. Box, hanger and bag. Customers should be given the option to buy as well, not just added to the bill.”

“Great service as always been into store multiple times. would be helpful if stocked the right colour in sizes that were similar to those needed. Eg a size 4 bridesmaid and closest dress in correct colour is a Size 12.”

“We didn’t have a very good start with it being so short on staff resulting in a 3 hour wait but all ended well with the purchase of my dress and my daughters. They definitely need more staff, there are plenty of fitting rooms to accommodate more brides , they just need the staff to facilitate it all. The waiting times are unnecessary really. Wouldn’t be too bad if they offered drinks etc but it was a long time sat there, almost took the spark out of it all. All came good in the end.”

“I recently visited the store with 2 friends. We were greeted warmly by the store assistant and asked a few simple questions to register with them. I was then told the process that would follow and shown to comfy seating area. The lady asked a few questions regarding my preferred dress choice and then selected a few options. I chose 4 dresses I would like to try on and then we all moved to the changing area. The young lady helped me change into each dress and then reveal it to my friends who were waiting on the other side of the curtain. I had not found "the one" so 4 more dresses were selected for me to try. I then returned to the seating area as another customer had entered the store and you must then go to the back of the queue to use the changing area. I quickly found 3 more dresses to try but had to wait just over an hour to try them on. I returned to the changing room and very quickly decided I had found my dress. The store assistant then took my dress and put it in a bag with a wooden "blushing bride" white and silver hanger. I am very happy to have found my dress and would visit again. However I do think a better system or more staff are needed to avoid the hour plus waiting to try dresses on. I was also quite disappointed I couldn't look through the racks myself to select the dresses I wanted to try. I feel that there was probably many more dresses I would have liked to try but didn't get the chance to look. I understand this may be down to covid and not wanting items touched however the dresses are tried on and then put back on the rack for someone else to try which is the same as browsing through in my opinion. Thank you ladies for helping me find a beautiful dress. Very polite, professional and friendly.”

“I visited the Cardiff store after I HD viewed the website and shortlisted a couple I wanted to try on, unfortunately only a couple were in store but the staff were very kind and helpful! They suggested all sorts of things that I wouldn't have thought of and megan and izzy were very patient (I'm indecisive) made ot a really fun experience”

“Visited the store and was a nice experience. It’s not the same as a small boutique where you can pretty much try unlimited dresses as you’re restricted to try on just 4. Staff were helpful. Had to contact customer service and they were also very helpful. Lovely wedding dresses for very good value”
