“I attended the WED2B store in Edinburgh as they were the only store that had the Pierette dress in a size 10. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful despite being really busy. The first person that dealt with me selected some dresses that were similar to the ones I wanted to try as they didn't have them in store. The Pierette dress was on a mannequin & I asked the staff member if I could try it as that was the dress I'd travelled from Glasgow to try on. They explained they would get it off the mannequin for me to try. The changing rooms were busy & because of Covid I had a little wait so went off & got something to eat until I was called to come back. On coming back to the shop I met with Nicola who was helping me try on the dresses. She was really friendly, easy to talk to & made me feel really comfortable with her. When I got into the changing room I realised the Pierette dress wasn't with the other dresses I had to try on- I asked Nicola about it & we realised that another bride had the dress on & had purchased it. To say I was gutted was an understatement as I had my hopes on that dress & travelled specifically to that store to try it. Nicola was so helpful she found the dress in a size 12 which was a little bit big as it didn't give me the shape I'd hoped for. She asked if she could pick me out another dress & I agreed as I trusted her opinion. Nicola had found the Madaline dress through the back & I tried that on. She also suggested I try it with below shoulder sleeves to make it look similar to the style I wanted. The dress was perfect & fitted me better. The detail on the dress is beautiful & I fell in love with it. Nicola was so professional & honest about the styles I was trying on & I really appreciated that especially when I was feeling a little deflated after the Pierette dress no longer being available. I don't normally write reviews on things but I want to give 5stars to Nicola for all of her help yesterday. All the staff in the store were really busy but all were friendly & greeting customers with a smile. Thank you for helping find my dress.”

“The staff were very helpful, friendly & nice. They provided excellent customer service. Xara from Belfast store was lovely, listen and found exactly what style I was looking for. I still haven't decided but feel more confident & will be back store soon!”

“Everything was good. But My only greatest disappointment was that I was sold exdisplay that had been tried on by a lot of people. It was even dirty. I waited for it to br clean, before taking it home. I was told it was the last one. No discount???”

“The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As a gay couple, they assisted us looking for our bridesmaids dresses, and even set aside a dressing area for us so that as gents we didn’t hinder any of the brides while we assisted our bridesmaid with trying on the dress we had selected. They also assisted us with ordering extra belts that they didn’t have in stock in MK from the branch in Liverpool and are happy to keep them in store till we return in a few weeks. The only downside that stopped that fifth star was the wait - however, they where extremely busy and slightly short staffed and we didn’t mind - and the £13 charge for the postage we had to pay for the extra belts to be posted from Liverpool to MK. Other than this, we honestly couldn’t of been helped more and were made to feel so comfortable!”

“We had a warm welcome at wed2b Brighton. It was my first time trying on dresses so it was very overwhelming and so much to take in or look at! However you are allowed to pick 4 dresses to try. Ellie who dressed me was so lovely, really honest, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She discussed and reassured any insecurities I had in myself and helped me find the perfect dress. I was so surprised the dress I “went in for” was the exact opposite to what I came out with. I absolutely love my dress. It’s just so WOW. It’s well made, fits perfectly, just need a few alterations nearer the time. You would be really hard pushed not to find the perfect wedding dress at this store!! Loads of choice and styles - all at a really reasonable price!! Sam helped us check out at the checkout and was really lovely. You must just go here before spending 3 times on the same dress elsewhere !! Now the problem is how to resist the temptation of putting it on or looking at it 24-7 !!”

“Love my dress but disappointed by the choice. Essentially you can have a-line or ball gown unless you are a size 12 or below which is quite frankly embarrassing; for both the bride and your consultant, but mainly for your company. I have bought two wedding dresses from yourselves now. On both occasions the consultants have been fantastic but I would still hesitate in recommending Wed2B due to your inability to accommodate “normal” sized brides. As a company you need to do better…”

“I recently came into the Liverpool store to look for my dress. I had a few saved links from the website (none of which were in stock in my size which I was a bit disappointed about) however, Helen who helped me was brilliant and chose a dress for me to try on which I’d have never chosen for myself. I tried it and loved it and that was the one I ended up taking. Would definitely recommend wed2b Liverpool, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and genuinely want to help you find your perfect dress!”

“Young woman with long brown hair dealt with me and my mam and auntie at wed2be gateshead, she was a very polite woman and made us feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, this was my 1st time even going to try dresses on and cant beleive i found my dream dress straight away. Although a glass of prosecco or cup of tea would have been nice, realy good service”

“I had a really lovely experience in the Baker Street store. Mai was very knowledgeable and helpful and really made my experience fantastic! I was taken aback by how great she was and really happy with my appointment! I would however say maybe you could have a few more dresses in across different styles I found that there weren’t as many fitted dresses to try and would have liked to try some more of these.”
