“Courtney at the Wrexham store was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. She said it was only her second week at the job but you couldn’t tell! She was very insightful and helped me decide on my perfect dress!”

“I visited the Shirley store in Birmingham. I had no idea what I was looking for, but Deb took great care of me the whole way. She asked really useful questions, about my venue, likes and dislikes. She brought out loads of accessories to help give me a good idea of the whole look. She was really great and gave us plenty of space to chat over the decision. A really fabulous, fun experience.”

“This was the first time I had tried on wedding dresses so wasn’t sure what to expect. Juliet made the whole experience so smooth and easy and enjoyable! She really took note of the things I wanted and had such patience with me as I tried on so many dresses. She really put me at ease and helped me find the perfect dress and accessories! She was so helpful and everyone in the store was friendly! I would definitely recommend brides to go here and say yes to the dress!”

“We arrived at 10am Saturday as unable to have an appointment. We had a 3 hour wait as it was very busy. You don't have to hang around waiting, they call you to let you know when it's your turn. Joely helped me with choosing a dress and luckily, I found my dress.! Joely was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. Dresses will mostly have to be altered as they are made for 6ft brides, so factor that in when you are pricing your dress up. The only let down was that she told me the price of the dress, and when I checked my receipt on the way home, I had been charged for lots of other items including a coat hanger, dress bag, dress box and a robe. I would have bought most of the items but not the robe. I'll never wear it. I was led to believe these things came with the dress. The robe was £20. I didn't get asked if I wanted it, I just got asked to choose a robe - flowery or white. We thought that was a sneaky way to get sales up!”

“Customer service was great, friendly knowledgeable staff, myself and my daughter tried on bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. The prices are very good, however the cost of the dress advertised is just that , you have additional costs of packaging, alterations and underskirt on top, in saying that the overall costs are still cheaper than other bridal stores and quality of the dresses is just as amazing. It is quite cold in the building and feels like a warehouse, so some softer furnishings and maybe a tented ceiling look would make it feel cosier and more inviting.”

“Customer service was brilliant, Maxine served me and she was very professional. I want some alterations done and they were able to find out in minutes whether it was doable. The dresses are all reasonably priced and the 2 week cooling off period means if I don’t still love it I can return it, but I can’t see that being likely.”

“I had two really good experiences at Wed2B Exeter, the staff were really friendly, accommodating and helpful. The prices are also really amazing value for such beautiful dresses. The only negative I have is when I checked the receipt once home I realised I had been changed £30 for a wedding dress box, £10 for a wedding dress bag and £6 for the dress hanger. I don't know if this is standard across all wedding dress shops, but I don't remember being informed of these extra costs at the till. While this doesn't sound like a massive amount of money, we are really trying to do our wedding on a budget because we don't have much disposable income and this £46 would have (more than) covered a bridesmaid's dress. I probably would have been happy to pay for the box and bag had I been informed, but I feel like it was a little sneaky. I was a little disappointed when I noticed the extra cost which is a shame because it put a bit of a dampener on such a happy and exciting day. Other than that I would definitely recommend to other brides to be, just lookout for any hidden extras :)”

“Eerste bezoek aan filiaal Arnhem en meteen geslaagd ! Vriendelijk en goed geholpen door verkoopster Diane. Ze luisterde goed naar wat ik zocht en door haar gevonden wat ik niet had verwacht, wat een mooie jurk !”

“In Arnhem geweest,had het die dag al opgegeven.Maar toch maar even zonder afspraak binnen gelopen en natuurlijk mijn jurk gevonden voor een super prijs.Geholpen door iemand met super geduld en nadenkend naar andere mogelijkheden,super!!! Alleen 1 tip,misschien een glaasje water aanbieden na 2 uur in de winkel,verder gewoon een aanrader!!!!”
