“Overall a good experience. The only negative was the inability to make appointment and having a walk in service. We had to wait an hour before being seen. Other than that absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were lovely and even with the current covid situation was a great all round experience. The dress was well worth the wait and pennies. Good value too.”

“Gisteren mijn droom trouwjurk gevonden in Zaandam! 😍 Was een fijne ervaring, vriendelijk personeel. Veel verschillende jurken kunnen passen. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen koffie of thee is aangeboden, we zijn ruim 2 uur aanwezig geweest en een kopje thee had wel lekker geweest. Verder super allemaal!”

“Good experience and I managed to find my dress! covid compliant and felt very safe. Went to Milton Keynes as it's the biggest. Selection was okay, unfortunately a lot of the dresses online which I wanted to try on weren't in store (size 8/10) not even in bigger sizes to try on. Luckily we managed to find one of the ones I did want and I snapped it up. Lottie the consultant was fab - she was so knowledgeable about all the stock and knew all the names! She could list off features from my lose description of what I had seen online. Lottie gave me loads of helpful suggestions and tips in regards to fittings and alterations. Dresses were much nicer in person than online. Overall very pleased with the experience and my purchase!”

“Helped by the exceptionally patient Hannah at the Liverpool Wed2be store. She put all her intuition into accessorising a beautiful dress I’m over the mood to be wearing on the big day. Initially we did have a bit of a wait due to the reduced staffing levels and limited numbers allowed inside due to covid so I’d suggest brides arrive early.”

“Absolutely brilliant store, visited the Southampton store. Their selection of dresses is brilliant, and every dress I tried on was fantastic quality! The staff were friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the dresses. My only tiny niggle was that the store did not take appointments, but booked in time slots in the morning. I had contacted wed 2 be several days before hand and had been told they didn’t do bookings, however had I known about the time slots i would have made sure I was there bang on opening and not half an hour after. I was still able to get an appointment same day, but would have preferred to know about the system before hand.”

“Had a great experience at Wed2B! I had a good idea of the kind of dresses I liked and Manpreet helped me pick a few out to try on - she was very helpful throughout the whole process. I found a lovely dress and am so happy with it! In terms of the store setup, there was plenty of room and everyone had their face masks on. You can only touch the dresses you want to try on. So I think the team are doing a great job of managing Covid restrictions.”

“I recently visited the rotherham store with my daughter. My dress assistant was called Emma. She was absolutely fantastic. She really put me at ease and listened to what I wanted. Due to the covid 19 situation, my daughter went into the fitting room with me to help me into the dresses and Emma waited outside. Once on I then came out and Emma fastened it up and we discussed what I like and what I didn't. We had a lot of laughs and eventually found my dream dress. I was so happy. Up until that point I couldn't fault the service and attention to detail. I asked how much my total bill would be and was happy with the price. Emma said to go to the till and pay whilst she' bagged and boxed ' my gown and accessories up for me. Whilst stood at the till another assistant came up to me and asked what colour hanger I had chosen. I said that nobody had mentioned a hanger. She said i could have gold or silver. I chose silver. I paid for my goods and was given an envelope containing a list of alterations services, if i needed any and also my receipt. I thanked Emma and everyone again and walked out a very satisfied customer. When I got home I had a look at the alterations recommend and also my receipt, which was itemised. When I was told my goods were going to be ' bagged and boxed' not once was I informed that I would be charged for it ! I was made to believe it was part of the service and thought it was a nice finishing touch. £10 for the bag and £24.99 for the box. I even got charged £5.99 for the hanger , that in all fairness I didn't really need or want but thought it came as part of the gown. I know someone else who had bought from you and she said she was asked if she wanted any of the above 'accessories '. I wasnt given the option they were just automatically added to my bill without my knowledge. I now feel like I was conned into parting with as much money as you could milk out of me. I was miss lead and that is totally unacceptable. So sorry to have ended what would have been a 5 star, fantastic review with a negative one. You need to be more honest with your selling technique! And I felt I owed it to others to be aware of this. The sad thing is I would have probably purchased the bag and box( definitely not the hanger ) if I had been given the option anyway, but you were deceitful and this has made me very unhappy.”

“I visited the Southampton store and was met by Ella who was extremely helpful in talking through their Covid measures and then which dresses they would recommend. She was quick to provide alternative but similar styles to any I'd seen online that they didn't have in stock in my size and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. They have lovely big changing spaces in the store so it was easy to change in and out of the dresses. Ella was on hand to provide suggestions as to what we could potentially alter on a dress but also if there was another similar style I may like better. As it turned out, her first alternative pick was my favourite and I bought it! Their patience in store demonstrated by the fact I tried it 3 times before deciding! Overall my experience was positive and I would definitely recommend Wed2Be Southampton. The only reason I have not given a full 5 stars is that they seem reluctant to discuss prices. I am fortunate that I knew their dresses were within my budget and obviously as a grown up you can ask the question, but i would have expected a discrete enquiry as to my budget limit before gowns were provided to try as they did bring out Platinum gowns, which are upwards of £700. There is also the underskirt that's provided for you try gowns on with and if you purchase a gown a new one is packed in and added to your total. I was not advised at any point this was an additional £90, which does seem a high price for an underskirt! I enjoyed my visit to the store and can't wait to wear the dress, I'd just advise if you are on a strict budget that you ask for a full breakdown of the costs so you can take out any unnecessary extras!”

“Customer service was great. Tried many dresses on an found a lovely dress. Once getting home and looking at it again though decided it’s not the one. It was much creamer in colour than I thought. Hopefully I can change it in a couple of days. All staff were very friendly and unhelpful. My only criticism is though that once getting home and looking at the receipt ( my mother paid for the dress) found that lots of extras had been put on I was unaware of and had not explained to me; dress bag, hangar and box - totalling £41. I found this a little extortionate and kind of bumped up the very reasonable price of the dress. Adding the underskirt on too made the price we thought we were paying considerably more. Other than that great service and was able to take home the dress immediately”

“I was very pleased with the service I received at this store. It was as good as the expensive wedding dress shops i have been. Alice was extremely helpful, asking what i did and didnt like about the dresses i tried on to enable her to sugguest other options, she sugguested new straps as i wasnt fussed on the straps, she told me the dress could be altered using some of the length of the train to making the breast area less revealing as i felt uncomfortable with it. We tried veils and hair accessories to get a better idea of the look. She wedding dress shopping very easy. I am very grateful for her exceptional service. Her manage was also very helpful. I would definately recommend Web2b, Cardiff if you would like a reasonable priced wedding dress.”

“Ben zowel in Antwerpen als in Gent langs geweest, ik vond persoonlijk de bediening in Antwerpen aangenamer. De omstandigheden met Covid-19 en de recentste, nieuwe regelgeving kan hier natuurlijk wel mee te maken hebben dat ik het in Gent iets minder vond. Mooie winkels, ruim aanbod en prijs/kwaliteit!”

“The team were fab . The girl who looked after me was amazing ! But I paid 12.00 for delivery from manchester to liverpool . Went to pick up my dress took half a day off work for this to get there and my dress had been delivered to the wrong store . Disappointed. I would of expected to be refunded the delivery but they wouldn't do this for me”

“Op 19-03-2020 heb ik in Rotterdam een super mooie bruidsjurk gekocht. Ikben heel fijn geholpen totaal noet opdringerig. Ik heb verteld wat mijn wensen zijn en met de hulp van de styliste heb ik mijn droom jurk gevonden. Het enigste wat ik jammer vond is dat ik er zelf op uit moest om mijn jurk te vermaken. Er is geen coupeuse aanwezig. Wel hebben ze iemand aangeraden. Verder ben ik super blij. Bedankt voor alles👌🙏🥰”

“Het was een heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Duidelijke uitleg , en een heel leuke styliste die goed naar mijn wensen luisterde . Het enige wat ik een beetje jammer vond was dat ik het wel erg fris vond. En dat de wachtende man (chauffeur) geen kopje koffie ofzo kreeg aangeboden. Maar de collectie jurken was groot en veel keuze in alle maten. Ik heb mijn droom jurk gevonden. Dank jullie wel .🤗”
