“Arrived at the Chelmsford branch, was greeted by Chloe and Alice. Very welcoming and friendly. Was a bit disheartened that the dress I originally desired was not in my size but Alice looked for similar dresses to suit the style I wanted. After a few try ons I was becoming anxious I wouldn't find a dress but Chloe came in towards the end with a dress in my size and a style she believed I'd like. I loved it and purchased it. Both ladies made me feel at ease and helped me in every way they could. Thank you so much. Very positive experience.”

“I came in on Saturday with my mum, we were greeted by Tayla, she asked me about my day and if I had any ideas of what I wanted. I shown her a screen shot of my phone and that was the exact dress she brought out which ended up being the one I purchased. She was amazing, wasn't pushy in what I needed to purchase and said we are welcome back for accessories when I know what I'm after. Thankyou for such a warm welcome and keeping me at ease during my time there. Super quick and efficient which was amazing. Thankyou Lucy and Caroline”

“Debs helped me out and was so calm and friendly - she made the experience great and I must have tried on 8-10 dresses! In the end I was really lucky as there were two I loved and so I went home with my dress the same day. The prices were very good, most dresses were around £500 - £800 and they are well made and look lovely.”

“Amazing experience with Lucy at the Glasgow shop. We had a wee bit of a wait so leave plenty of time. Felt so comfortable and Lucy really understood what I wanted. I ended up choosing her pick for me. She explained everything about alterations and what a seamstress can do. The dresses are all such beautiful quality.”

“Ich war in der Filiale in Gotha. Ich hätte nie gedacht das dort mein Traumkleid auf mich wartet. Aber erstmal Danke liebe Sandy das du mir es so leicht gemacht hast mich sooo wohl zu fühlen. Sie ist super lieb und total sympathisch. Danke auch das du mit mir so viel Geduld hattest. Mein Kleid ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich freu mich schon sehr auf meine Hochzeit und vorallem auf den Blick von meinem bald Mann 😊 Noch eins zwei kleine Änderungen und es wird mega Und noch mal tausend Dank ihr macht das super👍🏻”

“Rosa and her team at Chesham were very welcoming & helpful. I explained that as an older bride I was looking for something more simple and the first dress Rosa showed me was perfect and I knew deep down it was the one. After trying on lots of other dresses I went back to the first one and ended up saying ‘YES’”

Debbie was my dress picker and she picked some amazing dresses - this was my first time dress shopping for my wedding and I didn't expect to be walking out with my FAVOURITE dress ever! “Went to WED2b with the intention of just “ having a look” . Liked the idea of not having to book an appointment so could just turn up, had to wait about an hour to try any dresses on but I was able to look through the dresses in that time to choose ones I liked . I was then taken through to the changing area where I was looked after by Ren who was lovely . She helped me with the trying on of the dresses . The first dress I tried on was just “ the one “ . So my intentions of just looked went out the window and I came away with my dress !!”
