Easy to get price for my books, clear instructions about packing and sending. Then prompt payment. Have used several times now.

Have dealt with them for a long time and they always seem very fair. They are taking fewer CDs and virtually no DVDs these days, which I guess is no surprise. They have also recently changed their algorithms (as have Ziffit) so 4 items previously rejected are then accepted for around £2 in total when you start a fresh order. I'm sure they have their reasons for doing that but suspect that may impact the number of trades I do going forwards

Obviously we'd all like to be given more for our books when selling, but I was was very impressed with WBBs after sales service. The money arrived very promptly

Using this company I was able to clear out some books and get some money for them. This helped me not only clear space but gave me some cash when things were a bit tight after a bereavement.

Simple to use service and courier collection of heavy books was really helpful. I have the idea of burning books and in this way they can be re-used.

Took a very long time to arrive and approve payment but worked exactly as described

Very good service and prompt payment. The only slight issue is when you can't print a label at home, it is hard to find the request to have one sent. It would be better if the courier could do this, like other companies.

Simple process. Collection and payment all seamless. Quite a few books they were not interested in but that's how it is!

An easy way of disposing of books you no longer want. The process is straightforward and it doesn't take long to get paid. I recommend it.

Dealing with the company was good but what let them down was Evri Evri are a joke and should not be used. They do not have system to deal with pick-up at house.

This is a very good site to sell unwanted books, dvds and cds. My only criticism is that they don't accept books purchased through a book club. Overall though I'm very pleased with my experience.

I got paid what was quoted which is the main thing. It did take a little longer than I expected and the time slot for collection could be improved but aside from that, I am satisfied.

Good efficient service. I was surprised and a little disappointed that some good quality Cd's fetched such low prices, like 12p.

WeBuyBooks (WBB) have purchased from me around 270 items over a 3 year period, which were mostly books, but also included CDs & DVDs. This has proved a convenient means of passing-on used media without necessarily passing-on everything to charity shops. The web-site works well and at the end of a purchase session, you box everything up, print a label and a courier collects your parcel(s) from your doorstep. WBB are quite particular about the condition of your items, but I have seldom had a few things rejected. Don't expect to make a fortune selling your items this way - out of the 270 odd items they purchased, I received around £310, making an average of only £1.15 per item. However the total money was better than nothing and saved me taking everything to the charity shops and the convenience of home collection.

Good service for recycling old books. Fast efficient App. Rather low price on some items compared to another well known App but much less quibbling over price once books received. (and no books “went missing “ as they did with competitors) Money paid almost as soon as they received books! Pick up service fantastic! Will definitely use again!!

It was a good experience though I find some of the prices of books were too low. The collection service was good .
