“Quite easy to prepare the books for sending, but the Evri shop I used had no correct paper so I needed to return home to print the address. Then WOB took approximately 3 weeks to send my cheque and needed prompting. Good to have made space on my bookshelf.”

“Hello All, As your probably full aware I send 5 boxes every 10 days or so. But my problem is your delivery labeling system. Every time it gives me four labels but I've already have boxed up 5 boxes. Last time I tried to send 4 bigger boxes evri refused to collect them due to size and weight so I have to purchase an additional label so they can sell be sent at once. This problem has been on going for around a year now. Regards Nigel Scott.”

“Time to receive books could perhaps be quicker if you could offer in post locker service as world of books do, much faster to receive payment with them, Evri is slow to get books to you, world of books usually pays in around a week when I post with in post lockers”

“WBB offers some good prices for surplus books but they can vary considerably by time of checking. They use a reliable post method and they pay promptly. It is a very useful service.”

“High acceptance rate. I packed as I went along so the clever book calculator didn't work for me as I used one more box than allocated though was easily able to change this.”

“The company Webuybooks were very helpful and supportive to ensure my sale of many books collected by my father over many years successfully went through. The books didn’t raise as much as I expected but it was explained this was down to the cost of transport/postage, which I thought reasonable.”

“Had previously really good experiences with WeBuyBooks. They are more flexible with the books they'll accept than other providers (e.g. accepting some writing and ex-library books). Ive preferred them over other providers as ive taken comfort in being able to collect rejected books of i chose to. The last time, however, i was told that the items had been disposed of as their value was under £3. This wasn't in the FAQ but apparently in the the T&Cs. Im not sure when this came in as they didnt respond to my query. I am likely to use them again as they offer some decent prices (relatively) but it's just making me think twice about what I send now.”

“An easy to use App. With instant scan of price offered. Rejects a lot but overall works out on average of 50 pence a book. I will use again. Took a week for money to land in account. The next day collection was excellent from DPD.”

“Having taken most of my book sort to a charity shop I felt I’d like a bit back from ones I’d spent a lot on so tried WeBuyBooks. You don’t get a lot but at least a little in return for not too much effort. The box was fairly heavy so my postie collected it from me and job done. Was paid once it arrived. Easy process and would use again if I find any books that are accepted”

“a book i sent to be sold, was not sold but not returned. i would have liked the opportunity to have it returned. i had no way of knowing you were not going to sell this book as you accepted it. otherwise easy to use the website and efficient.”
