“First time I used WBB all went fine apart from time it took for payment to arrive which was two weeks. The second time all happened in a week so big improvement.”

“Great to have an outlet to resell the books. They don't take all so you have to scan the ISBN number in and it lets you know if they will accept it”

“A convenient way of clearing unwanted books. Values aresadly so small in many cases but at lest it is something. However one does need patience especially when one gets a run of " We are not accepting that book at the moment"”

“The app is really convenient to use, and it's nice that my books can find a new home where they will be valued. However, I have found that the amount I receive is usually less than the quote, even when I have checked the books I send are in good condition. One time there was an explanation, and the rejected books were returned to me, but more recently there was no explanation and no offer to return the rejected books. So, there is a slight trust issue between buyer and seller, although I appreciate it is difficult to see a way around this without incurring disproportionate delivery costs.”

“Have found the app very easy to use, the scanner is very efficient. I found the time limit of one week to be limiting and would prefer two weeks to complete an order. It's quite frustrating that you refuse many books.”

“Easy to scan books for sale. Only about one in every 5 books scanned was wanted by Webuybooks, so still plenty for the charity shop! Slightly better prices than Magpie and WoB.”

“My latest experience in selling books via Webuybooks was generally a good one as the period between securing the deal and being paid for the books was around seven days. Thank you. There was an issue whereby, after 17 books were accepted, no more ISBNs were recognised, but I think there is something to be said for not sending too big a parcel at once. I liked the fact it is now possible to print out the address label at the Evri shop.”

“On the whole a good experience the only thing I would say which was a bit disappointing was there is a lot of books which they don’t buy. However what was taken was easy to send and a smooth transaction.”
