“No problem with first lot of items. 2nd parcel not picked up had to rearrange and waiting for that to go. Payment was quick. Would have got 5* otherwise.”

“Sold some science books for my son and he was really pleased with the amount paid and the cheque arrived quite quickly too! No luck with my novels and prices for cd’s ( brand new) was pennies so gave them to charity.”

“THE bEST! Fast & effecient! They do exactly what they say they will do. Will definately use again. Only small annoying thing is that they dont buy all books, some of mine were rejected ;-/”

“It took longer to receive cheque(2 weeks plus), but after some deduction due to book's damage, I received money. I might not earn much money with this site, but if I don't have time to sell book individually or don't want to throw away, this is a very good site. I would use again. We exchanged some e-mail correspondences, and from this site, it was always from CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought I would like to know who I was communicating.”

“Great service but online experience could be easier.... In order to find out book by book which are accepted and for how much you have to enter barcode on the one at a time screen.. It would be easier if you could then click straight into the next one.”

“I got two quote for the same amount of books, one from webuybooks and one from its competitor. The competitor gave me about 20% better quote because it accept more books than webuybooks. However, their system has major fault and I couldn't complete the shipping arrangement and I had no choice than using webuybooks. Good point with webuybooks is that check out process, shipping arrangement is very smooth. I got payment in time with no issue. Its shame that their evaluation is not very good and it rejected quite few books.”

“Got good prices for some books. However, others were rejected and I feel that they were not in as bad condition as We Buy Books claimed - and of course you don't get the rejected books back, Payment was also quite slow. The Collect+ service is excellent though and the whole process was a great way of getting money for books that I didn't want any more.”
