“Got good prices for some books. However, others were rejected and I feel that they were not in as bad condition as We Buy Books claimed - and of course you don't get the rejected books back, Payment was also quite slow. The Collect+ service is excellent though and the whole process was a great way of getting money for books that I didn't want any more.”

“Was a good service but didn't receive an email to say they had got my parcel so felt a little in the dark with it all unless i went on the site to check what was going on. Other than that would and have used them again.”

“Website easy to use, many drop-off points in local area, payment processing faster than some others, etc. One criticism is that several of my books and DVDs could not be submitted, hopefully this will become possible.”

“I have sold some books through WBB. There were some initial glitches around payment for the first lot, which was sorted out after I phoned. Posting via Hermes is easy once you follow the instructions. Communication has generally been good, although the last package the email was a little confusing. I left a message and they did track the query and followed up via email. They do contact to let you know the parcel has been received and is being processed. Once set up properly, payment goes straight into your bank account. Prices are very variable and a lot of my titles were not accepted.”

“Excellent service, Web site also good except that you hve to click back into box requiring isbn number after every book looked at. We think it would be better if it's possible to pt the cursor back in the isbn text box automatically.”

“Easy to send off the books as I have an agent nearby Pleased and surprised that I received the amount offered for my books. I struggled with the problem of entering the ISPN number as these are often hard to find and very small, but I've got the hang of it and will sending more books soon. Thanks”

“It took a while to check all my books and find out how much I could get for them but once I packed them and sent them away it was very quick to get my money.”
