“But I do not understand how I get the (for example) 10% extra using a weekend code offered recently. I enter everything asked but miss the point where you should say "enter code". This has happened twice to me. So maybe it's not too clear.”

“You need to be selective on the books you sell as you can sometimes get better prices on other platforms but they are quick to process and payout.”

“Great idea! Has encouraged me to have a good clear-out of books, although I seem to have loads which you don't want... Would be good to know why. My son had to show me how to delete things in my basket which I'd changed my mind about selling - didn't know about swiping, so that was a little hiccup. Apart from that, very easy to use.”

“First time of using this and we were not disappointed. Sent the books off and received the agreed amount in about a week. The only comment I would make is that there isn't a facility that I could find to save a 'basket' of items. I kept having to re-enter them as I wasn't able to finish. That said, next time, I will make sure I have the books etc all together before I start!”

“Using scanner on my phone for isbn no’s is really handy. Speed of replies to emails is frustrating. Couple times I’ve had live chat, just to be told to email.”

“The only issue I have is the fact that the number of boxes is dictated by the website. This makes no allowance for books of different sizes and if you have a low offer close to the £5 minimum then buying a box of appropriate size can basically invalidate your trade and you make no profit. It would be nice if the number of boxes was covered based upon what the sender chose.”

“Easy way to relieve ourselves of surplus books. Will send more in the future. WBB and app worked well, Hermes proved more difficult, hence the lack of extra star. They arrived the day after they had arranged - not good practice.”

“Good admin systems including pick up from courier. Slightly confusing that app rejects some books in one occasion then accepts the same in another. Perhaps the rationale for accepting texts needs explaining.”

“It does what it says it does. I have used it twice and both times I received exactly the money promised. Howver it takes a few days to process everything and the level of information isn't what I would expect. For example, their website, their phone app and their courier can all disagree on the status of a transaction.”

“Easy to use, and very helpful customer service. Only thing I'd say is that there were some issues with the site creating a postage label for my package and this wasn't addressed until 2 days later. In all though I found it good and would use again”
