“It does what it says it does. I have used it twice and both times I received exactly the money promised. Howver it takes a few days to process everything and the level of information isn't what I would expect. For example, their website, their phone app and their courier can all disagree on the status of a transaction.”

“Easy to use, and very helpful customer service. Only thing I'd say is that there were some issues with the site creating a postage label for my package and this wasn't addressed until 2 days later. In all though I found it good and would use again”

“Good points: The website and app were easy to use, the process was relatively easy, especially using the app barcode scanner, the collection from home and prepaid labels made dispatch easy, and I was paid promptly. Negative points: I was able to sell only about 10% of my books through WeBuyBooks, and the price paid was not great. Prices paid differ between different selling sites, so I split up my books between WebuyBooks and Ziffit to get the best prices.”

“I was really pleased when my daughter-in-law recommended me to WeBuyBooks as I had a lot of books to get rid of. It was just a shame that I had over twenty books, some quite new and expensive, that you wouldn’t accept so they had to go to the charity shop. On saying that, the site was very easy to use with clear instructions. I have also recommended a friend.”

“I've used them for a while now and had no problem for the most part. Things got easier when you realize they aren't fast. You should send your books and go on holiday or something for a couple of weeks - when you get back they'll have looked at them and processed the payment. But rushing them or expecting it sooner will lead to stress. And don't track the parcel - what the system says is not where the parcel is it seems.”
