“This was the best website I could find for offering good money for my dvd's. Quick and easy to list my dvd's and post them but the only downside was once they has received my dvd's it took them 7 days to click a button to put my money on to paypal”

“Good value overall. As long as you have a box it's easy to use with printing off the label and sending via Collect+ and delivery was easily trackable. A bit frustrating that some books weren't accepted when searching on the website and offer prices were a bit random but generally good. I had to chase up WBB to get confirmation that they had received the books but staff on phone were helpful. Definitely recommendable.”

“Kept well informed throughout, no problems and now preparing my second batch of books to go back and earn me money! They accept a wider range of titles than Amazon, so it is easier to build up to the minimum value.”

“WeBuyBooks gives very good prices on the items I wish to sell and are very friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. Their only shortcoming is that they take a very long time to check and process the payment.”

“love the concept, and the app works great. Would be good if the company accepted more of the books I have, but totally understand this is unpractical! Took a little longer than expected for payment to come through. Had to ring to confirm they had received my parcel. Payment took 16 days.”

“Very good service but took longer than other services similar to this - for example, Amazon Trade In takes about 2 days to process. This took well over a week.”
