“I use WeBuyBooks religiously and it's never failed me yet, the team is always so supportive when needing advice or when needing more postage labels as a could box is too big for the drivers to carry. And just the right amount of emails to make sure you're keeping on top of it! Keep it up”

“A simple process that is let down a little by collection and customer service. Scanning the books was easy, and I found that they accepted far more books out of what I wanted to get rid of than other services. The pickup was done via Evri, which was easy to drop off at a collection point that also printed the label for me. Unfortunately, it took a fortnight for them to receive my books with little tracking information from Evri, who just told me to contact the retailer for more information. I filled out the contact us form on the WeBuyBooks app and never received a response. Once they received my books, payment was made in full the following day, which was good. I would use them again, but only if I didn't need the money urgently.”

“Easy to use, unless you are selling books without an isbn when you have to send details separately, which is a bit more bother but acceptable. Spoke to staff on two occasions and was given the help I needed very promptly. Very easy to send books - the system with the courier works well. I have no idea if I was given a fair price, but since my books would otherwise have gone to a charity shop and quite possibly been recycled, I was content. I would recommend WeBuyBooks to others.”

“It is great to have somewhere to sell books, knowing someone else will enjoy them as much as you did. I found the process very easy - scan, total, box up and send. My payment was quick also. I will use Webuybooks again if I am culling anything else from my library.”

“Everything works as it should, quickly and efficiently. The only thing is I have a lot of older books (pre ISBN) that I’d like valued, plus others which aren’t recognised. Id love to sell but don’t know how.”
