“A great idea and very helpful for me. Great to be able to pack all the books up and send them so easily. Was a bit disappointed at the number of books I had for sale that they rejected? Could be quite difficult to get up to their minimum requirements if I want to sell books again. Not sure what to do about old books that have no ISBN numbers. Will certainly give them a go though. Polite staff when I had to contact them. was a bit unsure about giving bank details for payment so opted for the cheque. Felt more comfortable with that even though it took longer to get my payment. All in all a positive experience.”

“I was payed promptly, but when I consider the quality of the books I sold(they were new most of them)and what I received was a paltry amount that left me feeling sick.”

“easy to use and nice to think someone else will get pleasure from reading my old books. just wish they gave more labels at the start to save me ringing up for extra ones! Books are HEAVY! efficient and helpful on the phone and collections always go smoothly.”

“As a company We Buy Books are fantastic, any queries are usually dealt with really promptly by the team. However, I think they may have fallen out with Evri as recently I have had a number of boxes not reach them, and have to keep chasing up where my boxes are as they are taking much longer than the usual 5 working days to arrive, its really disappointing.”
