“Only negative was delivery driver put a note through the door to say he had missed us without ringing the door bell. Fortunately I saw him and stopped him as he was getting back in his car”

“Very disappointed this time. Mix up with collection/drop-off. Changed the method twice due to printer issues but the courier didn't seem to receive any notifications regarding the changes. Still haven't received the payment even though this trade was completed 14th Aug. Have queried but had no response to date. A shame because my first trade was brilliant.”

“Not impressed with your choice of courier (Hermes) who found it difficult to deal with 3 boxes of books at once. Disappointed not to get replies from my 3 messages that I sent to your company. Money paid promptly when the books FINALLY arrived with you.”
