“So glad I found this company to be able to help to sort out some of my pre loved books. Very easy to follow the uploading process and then sending the books. Kept our 8 year old granddaughter occupied for hours putting the ISBN numbers in and then finding if you wanted the books or not! I would have given 5 stars but payment after delivery and checking was a bit slow and I had to follow it up, but communication was good and I would definitely use Webuy books again.”

“I've now done two transcations with WEBUYBOOKS and with no rejected items, I managed to make some quick cash and de-clutter. Being able to arrange a collection is epecially helpful, particulalrly with larger boxes. Communciation is always good too with any email queries always answered. Payment has also been pretty swift.”

“I had a proper mix of books I no longer wanted. The app was easy to use and scanning the book barcodes was straight forward. They didn't want quite a few of my books (but to be fair they were quite old and niche topics). Shipping using the inPost locker was also simple. Best of all I received the money due within a week. Will use again after I've done a bit more sorting out.”

“We Buy Books pays a good price for non-fiction and comic books, etc. It has never lost a book I've sent unlike other companies. I've never had to email them after the rejection of an item to point out there is an actual ISBN or any of that waste of time stuff dealing with Ziffit involves. However, it routinely provides s such low offers on many non-fiction books and won't except so many titles, that it is impossible for me to trade with them as often as I would like.”

“consistent good service , very accessible especially by phone and pleasant helpful staff, prompt settlement to my orders far superior to some other similar companies, I tend to send books with lower offers than rivals who have not been particularly honest might i say and wbb always provide good feedback on disputes that help me be more aware of expectations which I find refreshing says bob and aruna”

“Have dealt with them for a long time and they always seem very fair. They are taking fewer CDs and virtually no DVDs these days, which I guess is no surprise. They have also recently changed their algorithms (as have Ziffit) so 4 items previously rejected are then accepted for around £2 in total when you start a fresh order. I'm sure they have their reasons for doing that but suspect that may impact the number of trades I do going forwards”
