“they were excellent but when a problem arose useless I found my accepted offer with box of books too heavy to lift so I printed an extra label and made up 2boxes then asked if this was ok reply you can get a bigger box at supermarket try again this time the response was book fo order to be collected If I cant lift the box I cant get it outside !! what can I do well just trade elsewhere I dont have any option surely there could have been a better solution..no evn we are sorry”

“When selling to them Webuybooks is the only dealer to never claim that items haven't been sent when they have or to find ludicrous reasons for rejecting items. They are more than fair and while their prices are not always the most competitive (especially since they dropped their top offer from £1.75 to £1.50) at least you know that the items you send will be fairly assessed.”
