“Great service, only downside was Evri really and having to print a label at home or trying to find a shop that had a printer that worked. Payment was quick when they approved the items. Some books I got more on another site. Always worth checking other site.”

“With a large company the delivery and processing time may be longer than an individual would like but WBB have a lot of trades/items to process and they consistently complete within an effective timescale. I have asked several times for QR codes to be available for pick ups by Evri in the same way as drop offs, to be told this is not an available option. PLEASE MAKE IT SO. Say for up to 6 boxes. Currently every trade I have to travel to Prontoprint, queue with parents getting photo portfolios for their children, pay @£3 for paper photocopies of barcodes which I then tape to my boxes. It is a faff and QR codes would additionally lessen the chance of paper ones coming loose in transit - SO PLEASE OFFER THIS AS A QUALITY IMPROVEMENT. None of the above is a negative criticism of WBB or Evri. They provide an opportunity to sell books for which I am grateful. Merry Christmas!”
