“Great service, very easy process, prices could be better and also the books that you take are selective, saying that I got rid of a few and made some money, the payment was quick and easy into my bank account. I have placed a second box in the post to them today. So yes I would use them again..”

“I was recommended to Webuybooks by my daughter. My experience was totally positive.! There was an issue with the parcel not being collected but I was impressed by the Webuybooks customer service, friendly, efficient and knowledgable who quickly resolved the issue. We took the parcel to our local post office and everything went smoothly. The offer made for the books was in my bank within a few days. Will happily use again!!”

“Still awaiting payment for books sold ...after many phone calls very disappointed with service will not recommend to friends”

“Easy to use app. ISBN manual entry tedious as app has to use phone keyboard. Search screen very useful. A little over sensitive on very minor damage to books. High cost to return rejected books. Can I really be sure they're recycled?”

“They take books on which Ziffit will not make an offer - but they won't take all books (we still ended up giving a boxful to charity). Payment was quick. If I had to be picky I would ask why do they use Evri as a courier? OK, I know Evri are cheap - but that's because they are rubbish. Come on WBB find a better courier - your rivals use DPD and they are a really good courier!”

“The app is fine, barcode scanner is a nice feature. Sending the books is a pain though, and orders can't be changed. Overall ok-ish, not great”

“WeBuyBooks is an excellent service. It's important to keep track of what you're sending and I find it best to do one box at a time completely. If you can't take your box yourself you can leave it outside your door or wherever and it will be picked up - magic!”
