“I sold some technical books to we buy books. I didn't get much money for them but it was better than throwing them away as they were not really suitable for the charity shop. I used the app to Scan the barcodes and you are given a price immediately. It was easy to arrange collection and I was paid as soon as the books arrived at the other end. You do need to supply your own packaging so think of this before you complete the transaction. You can use multiple boxes . I used 2 and was emailed 2 labels. Altogether an excellent experience.”

“Would have loved them to offer on all the CDs I scanned into the app, but the process was simple, and sending was easy, and cash came pretty quickly after the review of the CDs.”

“An easy to navigate site. However it can take a long time for some transactions to be processed. I’m still waiting for two to be processed. My first two were processed and payment received quickly . The free postage is a plus as is the collection service if needed.”

“I had a nightmare with the rather incompetent collection service [evri]. However Webuybooks customer service was not to bad attending to the problems thereof. But, overall, it was all slow, and it generated stress, this is why, unfortunately, I am not that enthusiastic about selling further books to then.”

“The process was really easy by entering the Ibsn number. I packaged them all up printed off the label for postage and then just didn’t get around to returning them. A few weeks later I finally sent them off and thought I wouldn’t get payment but I did! Thank you so much. I will use your service again.”

“Having used Webuybooks several times now I have been pleased with the service. I find it is an advantage to have my parcels collected being a Senior and unable to travel far. Payment was prompt and I was kept informed on the progress of my trade. I am pleased to be able to have new homes for my books, especially as a lot of them are in new condition, but of course I am disappointed in the price offered at times.”

“I am very happy with the service webuybooks provided. I needed to phone and the staff were very helpful. Took my boxes to the local collection point, scanned them in and within a week we had received the cheque in full payment. I would definitely recommend webuybooks based on my worry free experience.”

“Excellent service we buy books is located just behind my house in Rawtenstall so after scanning my dvds and books I print off the ID and take it to they office withing 24hrs I get paid.”
