“Easy transaction and books collected quickly. Offer prices not high but has provided a small amount for charity. However much better than a similar organisation Ziffit who offered £28 for books and then said they were not of suitable standard and claimed they binned them although they were in really good condition”

“A very convenient process bar one problem - how to find sufficient boxes in which to send the books. This is not of course the problem of 'webuybooks' but it is an issue if one has lots of books to sell.”

“No problems with webuybooks, good pricing but Evri lit it down badly, eventually turning up 13 days late to collect! unfortunately I will be using someone who dioesn;t use Evri”

“Scan function using phone's camera works well. Although, one gripe of the app is that when manual entry of an ISBN is required, the app should provide the numerical phone keypad option rather than just the numbers on a QWERTY keyboard format. Otherwise, it's easy enough to prepare books for shipping. The confirmation email could do with a list of the books being returned. Reasonably quick payment”

“Good concept but they don't take every book and it can be frustrating to feel you need to read a book only to find they don't want it. Then those in your basket time out.”

“Sold some books and the process was very straight forward. Parcel up securely and post with the QR label they arranged. Then wait for payment. No problems. Only pain was that I had boxes of books that they had no interest in so at one point I nearly gave up as it didn’t look like I was getting anywhere.”

“A good way to remove clutter and make some extra money! I wish that ALL of my book titles could be accepted, but I understand that some books are more popular than others. I am generally happy with webuybooks!”
