“This is my third time using Webuybooks and everything is super easy. I even had a couple of problems getting a packaging label this time as I don't have a home printer but I phoned up and the very helpful customer service rep sorted everything out in no time and I got a label in the mail instead.”

“Easy process, items uplifted from my door & funds processed quickly. Typing in ISBN/barcodes was quite time consuming, a scan option would be great. Good communication throughout.”

“I found this company very good, it is very easy to use and there is no cost to sending the books to them. They are extremely efficient and paid me within a few days of receiving the books. Would definitely recommend”

“Easy courier/ collection service.Just took a little longer to get the money sent to me.This May be because I used my previous preferred method of having a cheque sent. If I can change this to a direct payment into my bank account then I will change to this method.”

“Service is good .... wish they would accept a wide range of older DVDs and CD and VHS tapes ... but hopefully they would broaden their library in the near future ... Overall I had a pleasant experience with them. Will recommend them to others”

“Whilst the process of scanning, boxing and sending the books was straightforward, the notification of receipt and payment was less so. It was only after me sending proof that the books had been received by we buy books did they acknowledge this and then process the payment.”

“The service offered is second to none in my estimation, and I have used a similar service the the past. Being shielding in lockdown means I'm reading more and able to assemble more books to recycle for other readers through Webuybooks, and I really appreciate the use of the free courier service.
