“I received the money that I was quoted and it was all done in less than a week. I got almost £50 for books and dvds that I had planned to just give away!”

“So easy to use the app and website to log books and DVDs to see what cash we could get back. Perfect during lockdown, as Webuybooks makes it so easy to have books collected from your home! Very quick payment. Couldn't recommend more!”

“Very easy to use. I had the books collected from home with no probs. Cheque arrived but was delayed in the post, I did contact customer services who were very quick to respond. Would use again.”

“I sold two lots of books to Webuybooks. The process was very straight forward but I have still not received my cheque payments and this is why I have scored them as Very Poor.”

Hello David, Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear this. One of the Cheques was sent at the start of this week and should be with you shortly, your other Cheque has been passed over to the payments team to cancel and reissue as it should have arrived by now. If you would like to change the payment details on your account, we can pay you via either Bank Transfer or Paypal, please do this before 10.30am this morning, if not we will just have another Cheque sent with today's post for you. “I found we buy books easy to use and sold a lot of Books.There was a slight delay in payment due to covid 19 lockdown.This was soon rectified when I phoned up to enquire.The staff i spoke to were very helpful and polite.I would strongly recommend WeBuyBooks.”

“Seem great, picked up books, and always respond to my emails. However, I sent the books off two weeks ago and still had no payment or confirmation they have been received. Only confirmation Hermes had picked them up... Two weeks seems pretty extreme”
