“Great app and easy to use. Simple dispatch and pick up of parcel. Sadly amount due was reduced due to 'missing' dvd in a box set despite my checking all present and correct before sending. No point paying to have it returned. Just disappointing.”

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review . Unfortunately we are not able to find a second home for a boxset if there is a disc missing. Our checking team are trained to carefully check each item and before an item is set as missing, all other possibilities are checked first. Kind Regards WeBuyBooks

“We Buy Books have been a god send for the charity I support (League of Friend for the Kent & Canterbury Hospital) The money given by yourselves for our books, DVDs and CDs is going to help raise funds for the staff, including all support staff to enable them to buy tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates for their rest rooms. Well Done WE BUYS BOOK”

“Easy way to sell books. Admittedly you don’t get much for each book but when you have a pile the amount soon adds up 😀. Easy service to use, money paid really quickly. Definitely recommend. 👍”

“Have used Webuybooks twice - great service. First use no issues at all. Second time I had issues with delivery (might be due to the 2020 situation) but the team was extremely helpful in helping and sorting any issues I had. Thanks!”

“Disappointing. I submitted an order of a value which made it qualify for an additional 5% payment. This was never received despite several emails of enquiry which were rudely ignored. Unlikely to use this service again”
