“The scanning is very simple. Having the facility to collect the books from your door is easy. However the process from collection to payment is slower than I thought.”

“Whilst the pricing of items is fairly good the 'fast' payment facility is not. I had an e-mail dated 4th May saying my payment has been sent, 10 days later I still have not received it.”

“Pleasant to deal with and on the one occasion my box went missing I was promptly reimbursed. I would have given 5/5 but recently I wrote to CS and of my 2 questions only 1 got answered even though I repeated the question a 2nd time!”
