“I found the site easy to use but difficult to lugg heavy books to an EVRI place. I got the cheques in the post within a couple of weeks. You're unlikely to make your fortune selling this way but a useful site to get rid of unwanted stuff. I will be using them again for other things.”

“I had a frustrating start when Evri, the company who collect the books didn't take my books when specified. It was another week before we buy books arranged another collection. With the unpredictable weather and requests to leave cardboard boxes full of books in a safe place outside for the courier to collect, it made for a very frustrating week. We buy books kept saying I'd hear within 48 hours for another collection time, but it was nearer 72 hours before I heard. Finally it was all resolved and I received my money, but perhaps its time to rethink your courier service, when they know they're picking up 5 boxes and then refuse to take them because they don't have enough room in their small car!”
