“Selling books - I used 3 different buyers - all paying different prices for the same book - varying from 10p to £7 for the same book! So I compared all - some better here & some elsewhere! This is the best one for communication,speed & fast payment - so I would recommend them rather than the others which took longer mislaid parcels ,didn't answer emails & took longer to pay.”

“Excellent service,helpful with any queries all online, of course,only issue is drivers could be more interactive as very surly and not interested, boxes appear to be thrown into his van, no care or thought. Not a complaint of Webuybooks as different drivers each time. Will use again and again as have many,many books and CDs to send you !”

“Easy to use app, also saves what you’ve done in the app which is a brilliant feature if you can’t finish everything in one day. Easy to post, was collected from my house, and then process of checking and payment was swift. Overall a satisfied customer.”

“Good points: an actual human you can speak to in customer service. Bad points: scanner started to play up after I had scanned over a hundred items and my account temporarily disappeared. Customer service couldn't help because couldn't see my account. Unable to choose payment by bank transfer only by cheque.”

“What to do with all my books? Moving house to a bungalow proved a hassle - until I found WeBuyBooks. You can’t expect to get a fortune but every 15p adds up and it’s what it’s worth to you to have the hassle of disposing of surplus books. Now I regularly scan the books we are given for church book stalls. If no one buys them and WeBuyBooks want them they get shipped off in the app’s easy mailing system. Our church is very grateful! So far, over £300 has been raised.”
