“Simple system to use but if you have any queries they are on a phone line and happy to help! You can actually talk to a real human being! Amazing. That's why I particularly liked this company.”

“I found it really frustrating when I sat down with a large pile of books that I wanted to clear - most in near perfect condition, started scanning, then most not wanted. 10p offered for many books and need to get to £5 before the deal is done. I have decided that is is probably much better to donate to charity and they receive the profits.”

“No payment received for my books. This is the second time it happens. The first time, I was paid after complaining that I had sent the books, the second time, I am still waiting. Also, when the parcel was ready, the courier (Evri) did not collect. I had to take the parcel to a far away shop. Very inconvenient.”

“I have been selling books to WBB for over six years. I have found the selling process very easy. Payment is swiftly paid. When a parcel (one of several) went missing, they paid for the books anyway. I haven't had to call the helpline more than once or twice but when I do, the staff are really helpful. Great service.”
