“Very easy to use. I would have preferred if they had taken a few more items. I had to use another platform as well. But the service was excellent - straightforwards, efficient and I received the money very quickly”

“I used Webuybooks for the first time two weeks ago and found it a very easy intuitive platform to use. The was a minor technical glitch with the second package I tried to send but I found the response from the company operators both by phone and email to be really quick and helpful ( other companies should learn from this one!). Definitely recommended.”

“A great facility - however the checkout insists on 2 boxes for a £20 - £30 checkout - when I only had a larger box available. This was no problem on dropoff - but was a problem for the evri pickup.”
