“The service is very good, it is a great way of recycling stock we no longer use. My only complaint is with the collection from Hermes or Evri, they collect ok from the main college site but haven't turned up several times at the Adult College site and given some frankly ridiculous excuses why they didn't!”

“Just scanned my cds/books /dvds, scanning was easy, just a pity they didn't take more cds from me but was happy with what I got and got rid of stuff I no longer wanted, would recommend”

“The process was very quick and simple scanning, posting and getting money transferred - I sent the package on Friday and had the money on Monday. I was hoping for more money but just glad I disposed of the books and someone else will need them.”

“A very efficient and responsive company. Their customer service is excellent, and their app is fully integrated with their web portal. Their offers are fair, and payments are always speedy. They frequently offer bonuses on trades (eg 10% extra at New Year.)”

“Scanned books, sent books in, got paid! No issues or problems. However they don’t take a lot of the books that I scanned, and don’t pay a lot for them. However I was doing a clear out and they would have ended up in the bin or charity shop! Now I’m £40 up😀”
