“A very efficient and responsive company. Their customer service is excellent, and their app is fully integrated with their web portal. Their offers are fair, and payments are always speedy. They frequently offer bonuses on trades (eg 10% extra at New Year.)”

“Scanned books, sent books in, got paid! No issues or problems. However they don’t take a lot of the books that I scanned, and don’t pay a lot for them. However I was doing a clear out and they would have ended up in the bin or charity shop! Now I’m £40 up😀”

“Very satisfying. Website easy to use and taking books to Hermes all quickly arranged. Payment came quickly too. Only disappointment was that they only took about 15% of our books.”

“Very simple to do using scanner. No rhyme or reason why some books rejected. Didn't make a fortune, but anything better than nothing and better than books sitting on the shelf collecting dust.”

“Why 4* and not 5*? Well, we'd all like slightly higher offers, wouldn't we? But, in the end, WBB are my go-to site for selling CDs/books as they're reliable, pay quickly and that's it.”
