“The app is easy to use and it's good to get some cash for the books you're not longer going to enjoy. The only thing to improve for me would be to be able to get the box collected without having to print/wait for the label, as some parcel collection service print the label on the spot with the reference number.”

“The app is very easy to use, and the whole set up is fast and efficient. On the very few occasions I have needed to contact them, service is prompt and friendly and issues resolved quickly. Excellent.”

“Fantastic service very minimum wait time all done in 3 weeks paid in full very quickly...only issues are i had thousands of books and dvds and blu ray ...they are very selective on what they buy so all in all i sold about 3% of what i scanned ....pretty much a waste of hours oh well car boot sale it is”

“Easy to use with the bar code app. Postage paid so no extra cost for me. Prompt payment of amount indicated. Happy to use them, just wish they took a wider range of books! One annoying think, when you put a specific title in, it comes up with other books that have a random link to the one put in, but doesn’t just say - “we want or don’t want” that particular book, in a place where supposedly you are checking a particular book.”

“Excellent idea and efficient user friendly customer service. Highly recommended! The only request I would make is that you accept a wider range of books, eg., childrens books, self-help books, business textbooks, etc which are not at present.”
