“Easy system to use. You don't get very much for your books but it adds up. You just need to pack securely in a box and a carrier comes to collect.”

“Downloaded the app...photographed barcodes...immediately told yes or no...Sent label to print...attached to box...told what time to be collected...cheque sent when checked. Will repeat soon.”

“Easy to use App the only down fall is i have hundreds and hundreds of book most never used or read but they don't except them which is frustrating and mostly modern ones”

“Evri shops are very inconvenient as the machines lots of time are not working to print labels. It would be much better if items could be dropped off to the nearest InPost boxes. Can you improve this service please.”

“It can be a lot of scanning to find the few books that Webuybooks will accept. Packing and sending the books is usually straightforward.”

“Well, at least you get something back from all the books and CDs you've bought. Wish I'd known about it before I took so many boxes of books to the charity shop. Still, you don't make a lot. It's surprising how some books, practically new releases, merit such low prices that you feel sorry for both the book and the author. Still, as I said, it's extra cash.”

“Used quite a lot. Quick in getting paid. Easy to use. Scanning easy. Quick replies from email about my queries. Better prices for books compared to similar site. Some books reach v good prices more than i had expected. Some not so good prob as lots in catalogue. My CDs not such good prices but may be they have lots of them all ready in catalogue. It always changes due to demand. I was pleased to see all eras accepted ie 40s, 50s-present. However some modern CDs more than had expected. Many ways to drop off my goods. I chose Evri service in local shop and machine prints off your labels. It is 10 mins walk to bus then 5 min walk to shop. due to me not driving if box heavy i would prefer it to be nearer like in Sainsburys or in johnsons cleaners. 10 items is hard for me to complete and usually end up giving books/cds away that dont want to part with just to make up to 10 items.”

“Process for transfer to WeBuyBooks appears flawless with use of Evri in a key role. Updates are evident on their website through ones own account. A cheque or bank transfer is supplied relative to received accredited stock. However, it would be good to see within your own account details of the date the cheque (in my case) was sent out rather than feeling the need to chase for the finance owned. In my case the cheque was received 8 calender days after the cheque was advised as distributed.”

“It is very simple to use and money credited very quickly after receiving the items. The only thing I don't really understand is some books they will not take, but may do another time. I then sell my basket, start a new order and they accept them, but only to a value of £2ish, so then struggle to get to the minimum £5”

“Really handy for getting rid of my books, cds and dvds. Easy to scan them with the app. It's a shame they only accepted a limited amount of books, and dvds and even less of the cds. I still have lots to get rid of but it was nice to get paid for the ones they did accept.”

“Excellent service,helpful with any queries all online, of course,only issue is drivers could be more interactive as very surly and not interested, boxes appear to be thrown into his van, no care or thought. Not a complaint of Webuybooks as different drivers each time. Will use again and again as have many,many books and CDs to send you !”

“I find this a really good service for passing on books that I no longer need. I have never had any problems with send ing the or the time taken to process the delivery and the money being paid. I do find it odd that there is a discrepancy between the price that I am being offered through the app/web page where I am logged in and the often higher price being offered on another browser where I am not logged in.”
