“I sent over 50 books. Two books were brand new and had not even been opened. They happened to also be two of the books they offered the most for. I got an email to say neither had passed their quality control and those were discounted from the amound I was paid. This was unfair and incorrect. I raised the issue immediately however there appeared to be no recourse open to me as they had already sent them to be 'recycled'. I asked for the books back as I knew they could be sold individually on Ebay for a decent price. Be very careful what you send!”

“Very easy to use. Scanning books is easy and the fact that you collect makes life easy for those like me with mobility issues. Prices offered are often very low, but I guess that’s not overly surprising. All in all very good.”

“I found it very easy to list my books that I wanted to get rid of. Then all I had to do was parcel them up and the parcels were collected by Royal Mail. it couldnt be easier. Thankyou very much for my payment which was paid very promptly.”

“This service is easy and convenient to use! It's best if you have a lot of books to shift, as they may not take all of them, there is a minimum price needed for a sale and some books only sell for 20p. In a world where charity shops dont always want books, this has been handy for me. Also, I had spacialist books to sell...art books and religious books, and so.e of these were my best sellers!”

“I've been using Webuybooks for a few years now and everything always runs smoothly. Also, their prices tend to be very fair. Using this service is such a great way of decluttering and making a few quid at the same time. I sent the last batch off just before I was given a 10% extra voucher for Valentine's Day. I sent an email and Ethan added the discount to my trade straight away. It's also very handy to have Royal Mail or Evri collect the box, especially if it's a heavy load. Highly recommended.”

“Such a good Service and definitely a way to make good use of quality books. I receive about £20 a time for the books that I have packed up and sent. I like to think of other people buying them at a reasonable price and reading them. Better than being stuck on a shelf, especially when you need to downsize!”
