“First time I had done this. Better prices than others... Finding right box most hassle... I wrapped my contents in bundles using bubble wrap to protect them. Wish we could use plastic envelopes with bubble wrap or something....but paid promptly. Happy with service”

“Good opportunity to declutter and contribute to circular economy. On Webuybooks a good proportion of books/ dvds are accepted and if you're organised it takes no more than an hour to secure quote, pack books, print address and drop at collection point. Payment quite fast too, could be within 3 or 4 days of sending away”

“I sold 2 books to WBB. This is a very easy site to use, my books were fairly priced, labels were easy to print, and a choice of pick-up or Hermes shop pick-up. The books were delivered to We Buy Books quickly and I was emailed on their arrival. The cash was paid directly to my account. Altogether a pleasant and rewarding experience, plus I now have more room on my bookshelves!”

“Easy to use app for scanning books which saves a lot of time. Quick payment received for the books sent. Frequently offer an additional percentage on the deal. Have used a few times now and would recommend.”

“Excellent service, the 4 stars, and not 5 as they truly deserve is purely because they trust Hermes to collect their packages. I had books packed up and ready to go for almost 3 weeks and had 3 scheduled collection dates tgat didn't happen. The 4th time was successful. And whilst customer services by did everything they could to help, Hermes just didn't assist at all. It be has certainly made me think twice about using this is service again.”
