“Despite being hesitant having never used a service like this previously, the process was easy, the collection happened when arranged, and I received payment promptly. I can't fault the Webuybooks and am so happy to have earned some money for books that were taking up space.”

“Ok, but much of what I wanted to sell was rejected, even though I'd bought second hand from a similar company. The process of mailing the items was easy enough, but after well over a week I'm still waiting for the payment!”

We’re sorry to hear some of the items you scanned were not accepted at this time. Although we do try to buy as many items as possible, our decision is based on the supply and demand on the market and our stock levels. It’s possible that we had excess copies in our warehouse or that the items were not selling on the marketplace to a level where we wished to purchase further copies. This demand can change on a day-to-day basis, and it can be worth rescanning items at a later date if you aren't in a rush to sell. “I recently sold some books on we buy books website. The procedure was easy and straightforward. I received payment in a few days,no problem. Some of the offers seemed quite poor ,but I wanted rid of the books so accepted them. I have used this website before and will probably use it again. The charity shop was very grateful for the books we buy any books did,nt want..”

“Thank you for accepting some of my books however I did scan lots that were not acceptable unsure why some are in excellent condition, fiction, non fiction, however not suitable to you.”

“Happy with overall service. Got paid the full amount promised. It took a week for the books to get there on carrier and it's only about 15 miles! Lot of my books they didn't want but that's fair enough.”
