Hello Marin, Thank you for leaving a review. The books you had sent to us were exercise books that had the answers filled in, unfortunately if we were to sell these on, customers would not be happy to receive them, they would not be of any use to anyone. We state in the condition guidelines that we cannot buy books with the answers filled in, had the answers not been filled in, the amount quoted would have been paid. Kind Regards WeBuyBooks

“The best thing for me about this app is that your books can be collected at the doorstep. I found it very easy to use. My only critique would be that it took a while for the money to be paid out to me and I found it hard to get a reason for the delay, betrer updates once the books have been sent off would be welcome I think.”

“I have never used you before to sell goods to but I must say I was very impressed as free delivery from my home and payment was quick into my bank account and when I have anything else to sell I will use you”

“Scanning in books and DVDs was easy, and the app immediately told me if they were acceptable and the price. It took three attempts to arrange pick up, which was annoying as I had to re-print the labels, but the service was free which was good. Received notification of delivery quite quickly, and that all were accepted. Took about another two weeks to get a cheque issued, so probably a month in total, which seems quite long. Overall I would use again when I have a pile to sell.”

“On the 2nd September I was told my payment was being processed as yet I have still not received it and it is over a week .”

I can see you have selected to be paid via Cheque, we do offer next day payments via bank transfer or Paypal, if you update your payment details and email us at info@webuybooks.co.uk with your offer ID we can then get the Cheque cancelled and send your payment again. “Sorry but the courier you use are not the best they left notes to say that they could not pick up when they had already picked up and e mails the same”

“We Buy Books were fab! I got the exact funds they stated I would, which were released quickly once items received. The only issue I had is that it took Hermes a month to actually collect my items, they kept saying they had already collected my box when they hadn’t. We buy books were onto them constantly though, complaining on my behalf and we got there in the end. Thank you, would use again and found them much better than rival companies.”
