Reduced the price when I walked into their store by giving unnecessary reasons.

The process and experience varies greatly between Sales people. I encountered either ends of the spectrum I never expected to receive the quote online but got told by 3 staff my car was excellent condition. Then got offered £1000 below online price by 2 staff!

At the moment I would not recommend webuyanycar as I have not had a copy of my invoice.if you send me the invoice it would be 5 out of 5

We buy any car purchased a car from a deceased customer which was on finance and did not know the process of dealing with such a delicate case. They do not understand how to settle finance on a open settlement and have and continue to cause stress to the deceased family. PLEAE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Offered £1300 got £421. Could of got £800 trade in but because of the higher offer from we buy any car did not take trade in. And I would never recommend to anybody. We live and learn.# daylight robbery..

I have not sold a car why are you sending me details telling me I have? Why have you told the DVLA I have done this????

You get a price then you turn up and they drop it by £400 and charge you to get paid

Wouldn't even bother looking at the offer given. I lost £1000 in valuation because of a small bump on the bonnet. They make it sound good to reel you in but find anything they can to chop it down. If I didn't have to get rid of the van I'd have sold it privately.

My appointment was at 14:50 didn’t sell the car till 6pm Absolute shocking The person that worked there was a good guy and tried his best. It’s the management that need looking at

Friendly people, however, the software which reduces the valuation when you get there is a little bit harsh, I do feel at that point subconsciously prays on the week

I had £275 wiped off the value of the car as the last mechanic made a mistake on the mileage ie previous year 85k latest failed at 90k then passed 3 days later at 150k obviously a silly mistake but you knocked £275 off the value…won’t be recommending

Bunch of crooks. They will offer a LOT less than others. On my 6yr old Qashqai they offered almost £2000 less than other well known car-buying companies.
