The final offer was quarter of the online offer. I saw nothing on the website to say that the online offer was going to be renegotiated.

I've seen the adds and know people that have sworn by this company. My main issue was the lies. Do not advertise same day transfer and next day when it actually depends on the value of the car. Had I known about this I would not have either used a different company or being more informed and being prepared to be without a car for a couple of days. As I called Customer services out about this they managed to do next day service but that still meant the money isn't guaranteed until 7pm so still means that you need to be prepared to be without a car or male alternative arrangements. I hope this will help someone else. Whilst the agent was friendly and helpful his product knowledge of cars wasn't that great. He didn't even know that the car I was selling was ulez compliant and also tried to claim that through a part exchange I would have got significant less. It was only a £200 difference not 2k.

On the day of selling my car there was a promotion of a £50 voucher the sales man knew nothing about this and had to ring his manger who confirmed this was correct I was told I will receive this within 40 days and still nothing I emailed and my reply was can’t trace the order this was done within the Northolt brunch the man was helpful but didn’t have a clue about promotions which I found unprofessional I would not recommend to any family or friend

When I took my van to the appointed office the first thing they tried to do was reduced the given price by £600 for a couple of stone chips. After 4 years of use what do you expect???? I would have thought that this would have been reflected in the price I was given. In future I will use another company

The man who we dealt with had a very bad attitude and was not very helpful. We also asked for a copy of our invoice and never received it, and the response when we asked for it was 'if i must'.

The price quoted was with full service history. The salesman did not look at the service history book so I got paid less. After emailing the head office I didn't get much luck. So read all the paperwork before signing.... lesson learned. But on a brighter note everything else went smooth with the payment.

I left camera on front windscreen by mistake Despite saying to salesman that i wanted this and he agreed. I went back next day when I realised this to be told car sold!!! Surely salesman noticed it was still in car. I was so disappointed and especially getting such a low amount for car!!

The service at the appointment was brilliant. I think the price online leads people into false sense of security to then be offered less money than originally offered online. I had input everything that was defective on my car before I went and still got offered nearly £300 less.

Yes we sold the car and we buy any bought it. The valuations kept going up when I didn't book a slot then we booked against a valuation that for a normal finish on a second hand car was slashed by 40 percent so manage your expectations people but thank you anycar webuy for concluding the sale my partner was uncomfortable with the place. Would we do it again maybe try something else next time.

Online valuation is far removed from ACTUAL offer price!!

Having to wait 4 days for payment is terrible , reduction in amount offered to original quote due to lack of paperwork when car was purchased from cinch which is your company is disgusting , overall not a good experience at all . Would not recommend to anyone I consider a friend .

I have not received my money but we buy any car have taken my car and even taken ownership of the vehicle with dvla. The money should be paid before this happens

Online valuation tool is vary poor. Valued online with exhaust fault, but due to engine light caused by the exhaust fault, the guy devalued the car further, due to a warning light!! If a warning light is on due to an issue already declared it should not devalue the car further. Very disappointed

Went to sell my car and a minor alloy scratch knocked £500 off the online quote. Not happy about this but I needed to sell the car due to cost of living going up.

The guy was great for us but we were totally unaware about notice that the car had been in structural accident.. we ended up getting less than half what the original quote was. Will just sell private next time

We felt that there were too many messages, emails and calls in the days after booking the appointment and the appointment itself. The price was less than accurate and despite saying you are offered a lift home it turns out you aren’t. At this point we had already arranged a lift with family so although we could have driven the car away again to get a better price it wasn’t exactly ideal. We ended up accepting a lower price. There was no room for discussion about the price either. Nothing against the representative just the company.

I was offered £3629 for my car then found out my salesman wasn't authorised to offer that amount without higher approval of which he couldn't get! So I was then given £200 less! By this point i had already had £1000 deducted from the offer I had received due to damage on my car which seemed fair but the problem was this promise was such a blow.

Original valuation £850. When i got to the branch it was suddenly £416 massive drop,no way was it worth that much less, ended up taking £616, was worth more,but had no more time. And admin fee of £49.99 is a total rip off,

We were quoted 1300 for our car, we’re honest about the condition and ended up being offered half that. Staff member was friendly and polite, but can’t help feeling ripped off
