Nice enough chap but ultimately I have to echo what everybody else says, the online valuation is pure fantasy and designed to reel you in, once you get there they'll value it much lower. Even if you meet all of their assumptions (fsh and so on) they'll still scour the car for minute scratches and knock off hundreds of pounds for each and every one. The problem, at least in my case, is that the original valuation prepares you mentally for selling it, so despite a reduction is price you're already set on seeing the back of it, I accepted an offer way less than I could have achieved through ebay etc, and am now regretting it, please don't make my mistake - be prepared =)

I went to We Buy Any Car expecting a fair offer after getting a decent online quote. In person, the rep told me my car was in "good condition," yet they rated it as below average and dropped the offer significantly. The explanation was vague, and I felt pressured to accept the lower price on the spot. Once you hand over the keys, there's no going back — and by then, you’ve already wasted your time if you were expecting anything close to the online quote. The whole experience felt more like a bait-and-switch than a transparent transaction. If you care about getting a fair deal, I strongly suggest trying other platforms like Motorway or selling privately.

Getting my money back turned into a very frustrating and stressful experience for me recently. I felt powerless and overwhelmed, not knowing how to fix the problem. I kept trying different ways to get my money, but nothing seemed to work. It was frustrating not knowing if I would ever see that money again or if I was just wasting my time. I felt stuck, unsure of what to do next. It was a situation that caused a lot of anxiety because I had no clear idea about how to solve it on my own. Then, I heard about lilograce through some online reviews and recommendations. Out of curiosity, I decided to reach out to them for help. The moment I contacted their team, I was impressed by their quick response. They didn’t keep me waiting for days or give vague answers. Instead, their customer support team replied within a short period and listened carefully to my problem. They showed a lot of patience as I explained what had happened and what I needed. It was clear they wanted to really understand my situation before offering a solution. What really stood out was how skilled and experienced they were in handling problems like mine. They quickly identified the reason behind the issue and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. Their instructions were clear and simple to follow. I appreciated how they broke down complex steps into easy-to-understand actions. At each step of the process, they kept me updated on their progress. I received regular notifications on what they were doing and how far along they were, which made me feel confident that my case was being handled properly. Their help made it possible for me to recover my money, something I thought might never happen. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, the issue was resolved smoothly. Their guidance and support turned what seemed like an impossible task into a manageable process. I didn’t have to worry about confusing procedures or unanswered questions. Throughout the entire process, they made me feel like I was in good hands and that my problem was a priority for them. Overall, their assistance was nothing short of outstanding. They showed patience, professionalism, and real skill in fixing my problem. Thanks to lilograce, I was able to get my money back, something I thought I had lost forever. Their help made a stressful situation much easier to handle and gave me back a sense of control. Their prompt responses, clear instructions, and consistent updates made all the difference and turned a tough experience into a successful outcome.

Poor customer service - very inflexible and unhelpful! I was surprised at lack of human empathy as I was dealing with a bereavement sale on behalf of elderly widow, and the inflexibility - in that the sales guy did not agree to view the car even though the elderly widow was unable to drive - the sales guy was very local (5mins drive ) the car was high value item 11k and he showed no interest! This was in. Boston UK - the widow went with another dealer who was extremely helpful and empathetic too.

Although the service is quick and organized the difference between offer price and actual price is shocking. After my spent time alone with my car damage appeared which was not there 30 mins earlier when I washed it

A total waste of time . Estimated value to actual value was miles apart. Was met with a rude and arrogant person. Would definitely not recommend

Extremely disappointed with WeBuyAnyCar. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The person I dealt with completely ignored the online quote and offered a much lower price, blaming a few general scratches—which you'd fully expect on a 16-year-old car. When I questioned the drop in value, he was dismissive and rude, basically saying “this is how we do it.” I even mentioned this had happened before, and he replied, “Then why are you trying us again?”—which felt like an admission that they scam people and don’t expect them to return. If wear and tear is going to massively affect the price, they shouldn't be giving inflated online quotes. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. They really need to hire staff who know how to treat customers with basic respect. Avoid if you can.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we appreciate your comments. When you obtain your online valuation we make several assumptions about your vehicle: • Your car has over 6 months MOT. • Your car isn’t an import. • Your vehicle hasn’t ever been subject to an insurance write off or used for private hire, rental, driving tuition or as a police vehicle. • Your car hasn’t a personalised registration plate. • Your car has no damage, including interior and mechanical. • Your car isn't a non-runner • You have two sets of keys • The car has a full service history The online valuation process gives you the opportunity to update the assumptions and declare any vehicle damage. Any amendments will be factored into the valuation. On attending the onsite appraisal our buyer will ask you to accompany them whilst they inspect your car. We always carry out an on-site inspection of a vehicle before we offer to buy it. If we consider that its value is affected by any aspect of its history or condition, including any unusual feature or customisation which was not apparent to us when we gave the online valuation, the price that we offer will differ from the online valuation. If the condition of the car entered online matches our assessment of your car then we offer a price which matches the online valuation. We hope this helps to clarify the matter. I am sorry to hear you also felt that our buyer was rude. If you can send us some further information to talktousnow@webuyanycar.com we will investigate this further and ensure the behaviour is not repeated.
Avoid at all costs. Was offered £350 for a honda civic 2013 with 12800 miles on it. Sold the car a week later privately for £1500. Had an offer of £1000 prior to visiting WBAC but held off to see what their valuation would be. Sales person seemed surprised at the £1000 offer. Would never recommend this company absolute gangsters.

I tried to sell my Honda Jazz to them. It is in good condition and had been regularly serviced, for which I had evidence. It is an 06 reg and has done 86, 000 miles and I have had for 14 years. Apart from taking it to the dealer, my son who worked for Honda for years, kept an eye on it for me. Online WBAC offered £740. On the day we had the appt. they offered £250. I sold it in the evening to one of my neighbours for £650.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you were unhappy with your final valuation. Please note, we would only ever reduce a valuation if a customer is outside of their 4 day Price Promise period, or if there are discrepancies between the information that a customer provided us with online and the vehicle itself. We use exactly the same pricing system on our website as our buyers do in branch. Therefore if the condition/details of the car entered online matches our assessment of your car, then we offer a price which matches the online valuation. However if the details provided online are not accurate this will affect the final price offered. We’re really sorry if the amount offered wasn’t what you had hoped for. With that said, we do offer a no obligation service, meaning if there’s any aspect of the service, that isn’t right for you, you’re under no obligation to sell to us. If you would like to discuss further, please email us via talktousnow@webuyanycar.com
To whom it may concern I would first of all like to state I have sold many cars via your business and never had an issue until now. My complaint is as follows - I brought my car in on Friday 13th 2024 to be valued. I was given a price which I thought was low but understood this was the best price at the time. The consultant I spoke to was Ramona Precup. She was very helpful and said to me VERY CLEARLY if i booked a further appointment for Monday the price i was told would be the same and may even be higher. With that I booked a further appointment while I was there. In all honesty I could have sold it there and then or even the next day but on the prospect of a better price I held off with the guarantee from her that the price would be held. So today i returned back only to be told that the price i was given had gone down by £130 and the price on Friday is only valid for the day that's not what was told! Ramona was very clear she did not state any conditions other than the car in the same state i would like to point out my mileage did change by just over 100 miles. I had little or no choice and had to sell the car today as your branches are closed tomorrow and my new car is coming Wednesday. As a valued customer I appreciate you taking this into account and paying back my £130 i was expecting. I sent this to them and was told tough luck the policy states I am very sorry but we can only guarantee an offer for 4 days from the date of the valuation and not from the appointmnet date. SO DONT TRUST THEM

Having retired as an educator, I never imagined I’d become a target of a cryptocurrency scam. Yet, life is full of unexpected twists, and this experience became an unforgettable lesson. I had invested in a cryptocurrency trading platform that boasted exceptionally high returns. Initially, everything appeared genuine—the platform was easy to use, and customer support was attentive. However, over time, warning signs began to emerge. The platform’s fees were unreasonably high, and the process for withdrawals was overly complex. Despite my doubts, I chose to trust the platform. That changed when I attempted to withdraw my funds, only to discover I had been deceived. The platform vanished, taking my money with it. The loss was devastating. A significant portion of my retirement savings was gone, leaving me feeling as though I had failed myself and my family. Still, I refused to give up. I turned to online research, hoping to find any leads to recover my stolen funds. During my search, I came across **𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌**. I reached out to them via email (𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌𝟎𝟎𝟏@ 𝐆𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋. 𝐂𝐎𝐌) and Telegram (@𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭𝟎𝟎𝟏), and they responded promptly. The firm explained their recovery process—tracking transactions, identifying payment destinations, and working to retrieve lost funds. While I was initially skeptical, their professionalism, expertise, and reassuring communication soon won me over. They kept me informed every step of the way, demonstrating excellent communication and dedication. After weeks of diligent effort, **𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌** successfully recovered my funds. The relief and joy I felt were immense, as a heavy burden was finally lifted. Reflecting on the experience, I’m reminded of the critical need for vigilance and thorough research in financial matters. I’m deeply grateful for the assistance of **𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌**, whose expertise made this recovery possible. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and family members who also fell victim to cryptocurrency scams, and they too managed to recover their funds. Their services are outstanding, and their commitment to helping others is truly remarkable. If you’re seeking a reliable and trustworthy firm to assist in recovering lost funds, look no further than **𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌**. They’re genuine professionals, and my positive outcome is a testament to their skill and dedication. 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞: 𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦.𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥: 𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌𝟎𝟎𝟏@ 𝐆𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋. I wanted to sell an old car and received a valuation online. The valuation started relatively low and then increased with persistent and continuous emails until the point I was ready to sell. I arranged the visit and agreed to sell the car. I guess you could say this process was successful for WBAC. However, despite being told that the car was in good condition, better than average with a good engine the ‘updated’ offer was less than a third of the original offer. The dealer shrugged and said that’s the best he can do and he was bonused on what he bought. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that a car dealer is set up to behave in such an cliched unscrupulous way, probably more a kin to scammers on the Internet luring people in, only to try and exploit the desparate, weak and vulnerable by stealing their cars. What a sham.

I fell prey to a deceptive individual I encountered on a social media platform, who persuaded me to invest in their cryptocurrency trading business. They relentlessly pressured me to increase my deposits, offering various convincing reasons. Tragically, I ended up losing approximately $317,000. This ordeal left me heartbroken, as I had placed complete trust in them only to be misled and defrauded. It soon became clear that their operation was entirely fraudulent, providing no legitimate value. Had I come across forum warnings earlier, I could have avoided this devastating experience. Thankfully, I found a trusted professional from **HACKINGPROTEAM001** mentioned across several forums, who helped me recover my lost funds. I highly recommend the recovery experts at **HACKINGPROTEAM001** to anyone who has been scammed by fraudulent investment schemes or lost money to dishonest individuals. Their dedication and expertise ensure victims can reclaim what they’ve lost. **Review of We Buy Any Car: A Nightmare Selling Experience** I recently sold my car to We Buy Any Car, and I can honestly say it has been the worst experience I've ever had in a car sale. It’s now been six days since the sale, and I still haven’t received payment. To make matters worse, the company seems to be fabricating stories about me being a motor trader, claiming that this prevents them from completing the purchase. This is completely untrue and feels like a desperate attempt to justify their mishandling of the transaction. I’ve spoken to three different representatives, and each one has given me a different excuse for why they can’t process the payment or return my car. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication and consistency. On top of that, no one seems to know where my car is. It’s as if it has vanished into thin air! I would not recommend We Buy Any Car to anyone. If you’re considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable option like Motorway or Carwow. My experience has been a complete nightmare, and I urge others to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the hassle and choose a platform that values transparency and customer service.
