“Very good customer service from Josh at Hadleigh branch in Essex. Informative, polite and efficient. However, was offered lower price than listed on line which apparently is an 'in mint' condition price without any stone chips or any other minor scratches that could easily be sorted. This was not Josh's fault, he was just doing his job. Apparently it's all in the small print on line so be aware. Relatively happy with the final price. Got paid same day as I opted for the extra cost for this to happen along with the administration fee.”

“The whole process before you take your car needs to be explained better as the quote I received was good but when I took my car in it was then explained about the grading system. Although we buy any car know the age when they quote the age of the car should be taken into consideration. Not many 6 year old cars are showroom condition. Once that was explained the process was very good. The gentleman was very pleasant.”
