No fair price given, unknowing car sellers should stay away. No bother on after sales support plus fees charged on processing a Sal plus getting paid. Totally unethical

Made an online appointment. Received a call before I visited confirming details. When I arrived early to their St Johns Wood office, the staff had gone early. Office closed. Made numerous calls to HQ. No-one could contact anyone. No-one returned my call. No-one alerted or updated me. Very unprofessional behaviour. They claim to be webuyanycar.com but that's only-if-you-can-find-them! I will continue to go through a dealership in future.

They gave me a valuation and I turned up with the full service history, the car in good condition and they basically told me that the paint chips and a couple of touch up jobs that needed doing would amount to a £1,500 drop in their valuation. Time wasters, complete scam, avoid like the plague.

Why did you bother giving me a valuation of an acceptable figure and then you offered me 25% less when there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I brought it along to you? What a complete waste of time. Potential customers need to be warned of your tactics.

Arranged an appointment had to cancel because needed a new v5 form due to private registration plate. Rearranged 2 days later they took 500 quid of the price. Went to appointment 900 pounds of agreed price for small scratches at boot and small chips on bonnet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this service. Had a quote online. When came to drop the car off i was given a lower much lower quote even though i have stated the condition of the car. £200 less. I feel that its a big con and will not be recommending to anyone to use. The quote given should be what is honoured.

Got a valuation of £4,260 for car booked appointment 24 hours later was offered £2,373 at appointment and when I queried it I was told price had dropped because it was close to new registration coming out in March, Won't be back

The whole process is a classic bait and switch. Firstly, I got the online quote and didn’t go ahead with the sale and applied again a few weeks later and the quote went down £180 even though I didn’t drive any additional miles. I went down to the location after been honest with the care assessment, and the valuation dropped another £300. The sales person is clearly paid on commission to get a lower valuation because his demeanour is nothing more than shifty. You lure people in with a higher valuation and then drastically lower it on arrival knowing people can’t be bothered with the hassle. Won’t be using your service again because it’s disingenuous.

When i arrived although the vehicle was exactly as described and i listed acurately the condition of the car the person working there told me that regardless of condition the company always knocks down the value from the quote. Knocked off over £1000 from the quote. Just seemed very dishonest to me. He agreed that the condition was as described but its company poicy.

I paid extra for you to pay of the credit agreement the next day which you did not and now I have occurred an additional payment to the credit company. I feel that I was misled and would never use this service again.

In 30 seconds your told what your cars worth but this is no where near what you will get for it. Just to drag you in. Probably better to trade it against your next car. After all you car is just sent to the auctions.

Went online just to check what my car was worth, started off at £1000, I didnt follow it up, then I received an email saying that if I didn’t take it down by a certain day, the value would decrease by £120, still didn’t contact them, today another email saying it has gone down to £835. I’d rather scrap it, thieving bxxxxxxxs.

With no major body damage the valuation picked up very minor details Baring in mind the car was 18 years old in very good cosmetic condition especially the inside upholstery etc We were extremely disappointed with the amount we were given

The car was valued at £10,200 at 10am in the morning. We went home to get the documentation They needdd. When we returned three hours later they dropped the price by £750.00 saying we should have left it with them when we first went and because we’d gone away the price changed. Totally unprofessional and I only sold to them because we’d invested so much time. Never ever recommend them nor would I use them again,

Shocking company. They lure you in with a healthy valuation and then start chipping. In my case the car was perfect and yet they attempted to chip £1000 from the value. The started at £16,000 and then reached £15,000 for made up defects. Cazoo took the same car for £16,300 less than a week later. Either Cazoo didn't look closely or WBAC were making things up. I'll leave the reader to form their own opinion.
