Still not paid , 9 days after presented car

The young man we dealt with was lovely, professional and friendly & is a credit to your company. My low rating was the price, was quoted 2700 and ended up with 1080, not acceptable at all, if it wasn't for the fact we really needed the money we would have never have sold to a company that totally lies to you on the web and then rips you off when you get there.

The initial valuation was £13,465. They reduced it by around £600 to reflect light damage to the front alloys, a stone chip mark on the bonnet and an imperceptible chip in the front valance, which is incredibly high.Worse still, should you want the peace of mind, knowing that the cash is nestling safely in your account, webuyanycar, will charge you for that privilege. If you buy a car, you cannot say, “don’t worry, I will pay you next week”, but they can and do.

This company is a joke. 3 weeks ago they valued my car at £12,800. Today they have valued it at £8,500. The car is 4 years old, top spec with over £4,000 options and the absolute cheapest you can find a similar spec car for is £14,500 and that's a year older than mine. I watched an online version of a trade auction with a much lower spec car than mine last week and that made over £12k. They seem to make their prices up out of thin air. Quite how they work out it's lost £4,300 of value in 3 weeks is beyond me. Needless to say I won't be selling it them.

My log book was sent of by yourselves after we agreed a price and I accepted the next day I was contacted offering me a different price which was the difference of over 1500 pounds less this was three weeks ago I declined and collected my car 3 weeks later I am still waiting on my log book to be sent back to me and have missed 4 opportunities to sell there was a minor fault which was made by my Merchanic during servicing which he rectified within 5 mins now I am waiting still for my log book it has inconvenienced me greatly .

I got a decent price for my car but when I got home I released I had left a pair of sunglasses in I went back and the car had gone to the auction house the guy was not very helpful I phoned the auction house and they said they would get back to me but never did

Had a letter from police asking for details of owner/driver of the car in relation to a fine, after the date I sold car to we buy any car. Had to send proof of sale etc.

The young sales man, performed his role very well & was polite. The company values towards a customer was appalling. Dishonest about so many hidden fees & still no payment 5 days later.

Rip off they offer you one amount and when you take your car in it half's I would never use them again also on the advert it says the money goes into your account straight away I have been told 4 working days

They don't look at what extra features u have in ur car. U may have paid £3000 or £4000 extra for the features u have in ur car. But they would never care about that and give u the most rubbish price u can get for ur car. Please don't waste your time selling ur car in webuyanycar. What quote was provided to me when I went to them They didn't even come close to that price. Unbelievable!

i bought it for £1100 two weeks ago, the value was £750 they buy from me £400? they hiding cost change and the then you will get paid with int day or any other day the coe will be £24 fee what a scum I shole bused eBay i will get more money than this scum company

Knocked 500 pound off my offer price for some light scratches to rear bumper which would of polished out a minor dent to quarter and stone chios in bonnet. Joke

Online value last week £10000 this week £7495 in another 4 weeks I better give it to them how can it be over £2500 less only done 20miles between quotes 🤔a con I think 🤔

I can’t understand why your man has devalued the body work from his colleagues in less than a week it is absolutely criminal and a £2000 devaluation is disgusting and I shall make sure I take to every media platform possible to explain this !!
