The company is terrible make you an offer then when you arrive halves then offer having said that the guy (Chris) who dealt with me was very good only been in the job 3 weeks. I would definitely NOT recommend this company

Kept waiting for 40mins after appointment time. Finally got taken through and went through the process only to be told they had clicked the wrong button and had to start again. Knocked 20% of the quote off for some tiny stone chips on a 15 year old car. Knocked more money off for MOT. The staff member was as helpful as they could be though.

Very poor customer service, very disappointed the quote I got online I didn't get that hence they always try to cut £500 of the original price. I had immaculate car but he still knocked off £500 which was unnecessary. Over 2 small stone chip guy knocked off £430 come on be realistic. With £430 u can do the 2 panels fully resprayed. Goin to leave bad reviews on ur site and on Google thank u so much

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us your feedback, we really appreciate it and we apologise for any disappointment caused. This certainly wasn’t our intention. Please note that your valuation would only ever change at your appointment if you’re outside of your 4 day Price Promise, or if there are discrepancies between the way that you described your car online and the car itself, found at your appointment. This could include missing components, damages or discrepancies with mileage, previous owners or service history, for example. Such factors may impact the value of your car and as such, we would need to record this and amend your valuation accordingly, which we’re sure you can appreciate. We’re really sorry if the amount offered wasn’t what you had hoped for. With that said, we do offer a no-obligation service, meaning if there’s any aspect of the service, that isn’t right for you, you’re under no obligation to sell to us. Thanks, The WBAC Team
When 50% of original valuation is offered due to one small bit of rust on a 18 year old car, then it feels like a rip off, also having to pay for your money if you want it before four days, joke in this day and age.

Bunch of thieves, been robbed . All need your hands cutting off! Couldn’t be bothered to try elsewhere.

Appalingly low initial valuation on my Porsche - didn't bother to take it further and sold thru a Broker for £4000 NET more than that offered by WBAC. Certain too that their valuation would have been significantly reduced on inspection according to OFT figures. Also why pay admin fees plus a fee for them to pay you your own money! Avoid - like the plague....

Would be lying if i said the service was great. I was quoted £809 but on the day was only given £521. Fees and hidden charges are rediculous. Definitly not using the service again. Recovery of the hidden charges may pursuade me to change my mind.

The young man we dealt with was lovely, professional and friendly & is a credit to your company. My low rating was the price, was quoted 2700 and ended up with 1080, not acceptable at all, if it wasn't for the fact we really needed the money we would have never have sold to a company that totally lies to you on the web and then rips you off when you get there.

only got half the price quote to me online and car was fine

The initial valuation was £13,465. They reduced it by around £600 to reflect light damage to the front alloys, a stone chip mark on the bonnet and an imperceptible chip in the front valance, which is incredibly high.Worse still, should you want the peace of mind, knowing that the cash is nestling safely in your account, webuyanycar, will charge you for that privilege. If you buy a car, you cannot say, “don’t worry, I will pay you next week”, but they can and do.

This company is a joke. 3 weeks ago they valued my car at £12,800. Today they have valued it at £8,500. The car is 4 years old, top spec with over £4,000 options and the absolute cheapest you can find a similar spec car for is £14,500 and that's a year older than mine. I watched an online version of a trade auction with a much lower spec car than mine last week and that made over £12k. They seem to make their prices up out of thin air. Quite how they work out it's lost £4,300 of value in 3 weeks is beyond me. Needless to say I won't be selling it them.
