I sold my car today for approx £5500 at the Bicester branch although the guaranteed price yesterday was £6500. The Bicester branch executive was efficient and he noticed 5 minor faults which he imputed into his laptop and this reduced the price to approx £5100. After negotiations the price was increased to £5500 approx.. The Bicester executive was efficient. My problem was why the receipt of an on line guaranteed price of £6500 was reduced to £5500. The explanation was the £6500 price was only for a showroom quality standard. There is no way my car with 143,000 miles can be in show room standard. Hence my dispute is with WBAC . You should never place a £6500 guaranteed price on a used car claiming it is guaranteed for 4 days. You must change you price quotation model to eliminate false guarantees - otherwise the reputation of WBAC will continue to be affected negatively Kevin

Felt the venue was a bit out of the way. No one there to greet me and after going up the stairs to find the office wasn’t given a very warm welcome by people sat in the office. Also feel price was knocked down to much.

The process was irritating, as not only did i recieve a call from the guy i received a text and email both asking to confirm that i was attending the appointment. Every little scratch is taken in to account for a much higher price then actually can get repaired.

Cut the hassle out of selling the car highly recommend. However there are hidden charges that you are not made aware of.

I had an appointment last Saturday morning in Bognor and you failed to show up, as you know the valuation drops when you book online so I lost £1000 because you had a day off !

Car evaluator very friendly and professional. Only issue was a lot lower that quoted valuation to sell car! Could have got more for scrap !

Quick smooth service but not very happy with the valuation...was originally valued at £7800 but ended up walking away with just £6500 over just a few minor issues, very hard to walk away because you have gone too far down the process and they know this.

Friendly professional salesman

Was made to feel very belittled about particular things about the car, for a 13 year old car 4 small scratches on the body work I believe is fair wear and tear however £500 was taken off for body work, feel as if I have been cheated out of a proper deal & the fact that I’m a young female played a part as they knew I would not argue about the pricing of things, took the money they offered as I needed the money due to increase in bills etc, would not be my first recommendation to a friend

Overly critical for several small stone chips on the car bonnet. £419 for a simple touch-up (no dents).😤

Generally good however disappointed at the adjustment of the quoted value for very minor imperfections that can only be expected with a vehicle of this age

Even though you understand wbac and a convenient sale. There is hidden catches which you will not get the price actually sent you. I didn't need a sale due pay it of. Just down sizes as not required. Undead it was £400 less. Why can't these companies be transparent.

Fine. I was hoping for more money but they explained the reasons clearly

The process was speedy and efficient. The technician who inspected the car was friendly and helpful. On the negative side, I was disappointed at the amount that was deducted from the original quote due to condition. Overall the price agreed only marginally met my own estimate of the lowest offer that would have been acceptable.

Disappointed to only receive half of the quote Disappointed to find out you have to pay to get your own money quicker than the 4 business days

I would like to say the TV advert saysthe money is in your account right away, this is misleading it does not say one will have to pay to get the money right away.

Good for a quick and easy sale

A quick way to sell your car, but they really don't give you the full amount quoted online, or anything like it. They will find a small fault to take hundreds of pounds off the quote.......BEWARE !

Very efficient and slick. Make the process of selling your car effortless. However don’t expect to get anywhere near the price first shown on your mobile!

Generally it was as expected. The manager who oversees the Wokingham operation was excellent. I have scored lower as I was disappointed that the price was reduced as a result of me waiting to replace the windscreen. The delay cost me £575 (being out of the “price promise”.
