“Decent service, didn’t like the haggling over price.”

“The service was very straightforward simple to use and quick. Nathan was really nice and helpful. He explained everything to me and has good people skills. I was quite disappointed with the price offered for the car.”

“The website process was easy, but quite restrictive. It was difficult to include details of issues with the vehicle, and any details that were entered were reset any time you changed anything else. The valuation process was not transparent, and bore no relationship to the price actually offered.”

“The quote from we buy any car is not a true quote, they will always find faults which i get, but they over high lite them and renew the quote, which is then a few hundreds off the original quote. Would not recommend this company, try to sell privately.”

“If you're needing to sell your vehicle quickly then not a bad way of doing so but expect a lower price and for that price to be knocked down again when you get to the sales centre”

“Felt that the reduction in offer was quite harsh considering low mileage, full service history, immaculate inside, 2 new continental tyres & MOT until March 23 . Was offered 10,020 and knocked down to 9,500”

Received two quotes for my car and they decided to only offer on the cheapest quote saying I had put the wrong details for my car which was the reason for the higher quote, that was complete rubbish in fact my car was 3 months younger than what I had said. Also they take to long to settle any finance and payout and difference to you. Been left without a car for over a week waiting for the funds.”

“Quick, easy, friendly and fair. Made a same day appointment and sold my car for just under £1000 than the given price. Quick sale.”

“Car initially valued by member of team as grade 3 - had to return to complete sale a few days later and different member of team brought down to grade 4. Staff training cited for error in original assessment - frustrating and apparently not the first time it has occurred. £500 of a difference depending on who looks at car - doesn’t fill you with confidence that staff know what they are doing…”
