Pros - efficient way to sell a car e.g. vs private sale Cons - a fundamentally dishonest business model. My vehicle has been well looked after with full service history but deductions for small “issues” resulted in a price £1500 lower than quoted.

The office was smelly, unprofessional with drawers hanging off and the internet reception was terrible, the system that your colleague was trying to use crashed 3 times!! The guy who processed the transaction though was lovely

My first appointment at Stockley park branch was a no show. My second appointment at the Hatch end branch was much more successful & I was pleased to be able to sell my vehicle easily

The process of selling was fairly easy and the staff on site were very approachable and chatty. My only complaint is that I was very disappointed that the figure I was eventually offered was about 40% lower than what I had been quoted on the website. It felt a bit like I'd been offered a higher figure just to tempt me in, with no intention of actually paying that figure. It would be better if the website gave a range for the potential final figure, so at least a seller would be forewarned that the actual figure might be low.

The price Quoted was drastically reduced because it had one key and part service history.This was declared before the valuation online.Not happy with the reduced amount

Well I wouldn't say we buy any car nade me happy as I only received half the price the price the price I was quoted the agent was pleasant and helpful though which helped to eased my disappointment

Do not think you will get what they offer you on the website as you won’t. I got £500 less than website said and I said was in medium condition and I was not selling car at high value.

Easy process and quick. However, somewhat of a difference from quoted price and price on the day. Ensure you take all receipts from service history and tyre sealing kit for punctures or that will reduce your quote. I got my minimum selling price and as it took away any further hassle for me, I dold them my vehicle.

Quick and easy but should be more generous on price it’s easy to sell a car when the person buying it is offering way less than what it’s worth I think if your buying prices were a little more realistic you would def get more genuine good reviews

The price at valuation can only go down - so I had adjusted my quote thinking I only had partial history, however the assessor confirmed full history. So my base quote had dropped by £200, but there was no uplift when changing it back to full. History.
