Happy with the service, really disappointed with the final figure for the car feel I was robbed

Great customer service and communication. Disappointed with the price.

No information at meeting point, no signage. Where to park, where to go.

They will count every minor scratch every minor blemish and knock a few quid off here and there. Don’t expect to get what they quote you!! However, the process was quic and easy and the chap who did the deal was very pleasant

when i went to the appointment the figure offered was less than offered online before being knocked down further

Its the first time I have used this service, BUT, the horror stories of how much money is knocked off from the original on line valuation has to be taken into account. To phrase it, "the word on the street" was not far off wrong. I do beleive a more realistic initial valuation would help , as I do believe the shock of being down graded hundreds of pounds , of which I was, does not help your current modest public image of you. As to the rest of the process, the guy at the appointment was excellent, the experience good with everything being outlined and the payment process, well explained and executed.

Large discount applied to online price despite car being immaculate with FSH and a new MOT.

Smallest scratch reduced the amount by £500.

Disappointed that my car price dropped £350.00 in less than a week

False first estimation online. The staff member at Poolfoot farm was really good though. The software the company give them to upload pics didn’t work 4 times delaying my day. Other then that they ok

Although I received much less than the original quote the staff member was very good and tried his best to get a better deal. Simple process and no hanging around.

It was quick service only trouble 2 weeks later got a parking ticket hope it got sorted.

When you get to the valuation centre you online valuation is reduced by about 50 %. It not what you see you get

Great idea to get your car sold, but it’s far from easy, as every little thing is picked upon then the price is literally hammered down. 2nd hand cars will have flaws, don’t penalise customers, pass it on to the trade instead. Pay less to Philip Sco & Kevin Mcl.

The concept of webuyanycar is great. The transparency of webuyanycar is no so great. I was told to follow set procedures to ensure all is good to go ahead. Except this was not the case at all. As a lot of other customers have mentioned before the price quoted online is much higher than what you’ll actually get. Despite this ridiculous situation, a gentleman at the Lewisham branch was really great. Apologies, I don’t recall his name. I understand he has strict procedures to follow to ensure all goes smoothly. My frustration today was never at him but at the fact that I was told one thing on the phone and completely different in person. Also the shock of the price dropping to 1/3 of the valuation was disappointing. The service from the gentleman was great had a nice chat. Webuyanycar itself I would only go to if my car was near brand spanking new not a single scratch on it.

Don’t get price first offer and to many charges taken from you

Quick turnaround once you decide to sell. Unfortunately the price quoted was reduced once the car was viewed, with tiny details marked down. It would be better if the valuation was lower and then changed to the positive and higher amount once viewed.

I was a drop in customer and after an inspection of my car I was given a verbal valuation. When I went back with an appointment to sell my car the sales person said the valuation was not on the system and he could only offer £300 less than I was quoted. After that disappointment you wouldn’t even fast track the payment wavering the fee. I feel short changed

Low price offered

The online valuation shows no bearing to the actual vaule on the day.
