“Actual net paid amount was over half of what I’d been quoted online. A rip off!”

“The valuation we received online was OK so we went to WBAC in good faith. After a cursory inspection that lasted seconds I was told that my car was worth nearly £600 less due to bodywork - there was no problem with the bodywork at all. When I then asked if we could receive £185 to help cover a loan I was told ‘this is all the money I have allocated to me today’. So we were lured there under false pretences and WBAC obviously had no intention of paying the quoted amount. Absolute joke.”

“Stolen my car . Backing out of signed contract for my Range Rover SVR FG70XJZ . Signed log book out of my name. Now won’t pay the full agreed final amount of £95,000. After car is already at BCA AUCTION. Company valuation was £96000.”

“Exploration- same as pay day lenders who are now band Poor offer 49£ fee fir what! N can't pay for four working days unless u pay 29.99- insulting. You knows these problems as well- but still do them Ps wanted to give zero stars out of 5. It feels dirty. Terrible experience”

“Had good service in the past but this terrible and will advise not to use, the sales person called the day before and said when I arrive to call him and he would open the gate. I phoned 5 times and he didn’t answer the phone he eventually comes out 20 minutes late told me to wait while he sorts out the collection of the other cars with their drivers, no apology very unprofessional no good morning nothing there was a mark on the car which he down graded as a scratch less than an inch long I said no it’s not a scratch and wiped it off with my finger he took 325.00 off the price just for that “scratch “ in all honesty if I had more time this week I would of drove away as I know full well I have been ripped off. The website also states 3 working days for money to be paid it’s actually 4. If you can spare the time it is well worth looking around as there are far better companies offering a far better professional service”

“So I got a valuation from we buy any car for £4130 and had an email offering me its service so out of curiosity I clicked evaluate and now it's worth £3500 just six weeks later. How is this calculated properly?”

“Quoted 4500 - paid me nearly 1k less - car was in great condition and only a couple of very minor negatives were noted which should have been taken into consideration due to its age - even if the vehicle was 100% perfect it seems that the quoted price would never have been paid - sold due to a death and wanted a quick transaction otherwise I would’ve walked - completely unreasonable.”

“Daylight robbery, poor quote, then more money deducted for the same reasons as the initial quote, I got £500 less than your quote which was £2000 less than the actual value, but situation dictated I had to get rid as I am totally broke, so you take advantage of people's ill fortune. Also charging £50 to get the money today!!! That's real scumbag behaviour, trying to get more and more out of the poor bloke who's obviously needing the cash. Well I will wait the 4 days to get my joke payment.”

“A £3000 difference is unacceptable, very disappointed. All for a 800 miles difference. Not sure how that makes any sense. Even the representative seemed embarrassed about the change in price.”

“The company is terrible make you an offer then when you arrive halves then offer having said that the guy (Chris) who dealt with me was very good only been in the job 3 weeks. I would definitely NOT recommend this company”

“Kept waiting for 40mins after appointment time. Finally got taken through and went through the process only to be told they had clicked the wrong button and had to start again. Knocked 20% of the quote off for some tiny stone chips on a 15 year old car. Knocked more money off for MOT. The staff member was as helpful as they could be though.”

“Very poor customer service, very disappointed the quote I got online I didn't get that hence they always try to cut £500 of the original price. I had immaculate car but he still knocked off £500 which was unnecessary. Over 2 small stone chip guy knocked off £430 come on be realistic. With £430 u can do the 2 panels fully resprayed. Goin to leave bad reviews on ur site and on Google thank u so much”

“When 50% of original valuation is offered due to one small bit of rust on a 18 year old car, then it feels like a rip off, also having to pay for your money if you want it before four days, joke in this day and age.”

“I put my car down as not working even though it still works just needs some problems fixing I was quoted £575 after sitting for almost an hour they offered me £75 absolutely disgusting, waste of time if I could give 0 stars I would.”
